“Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles” stars Josh Altman and Matt Altman told TMZ they are getting ready to list the iconic Banks residence.

The Georgian Colonial estate is set to hit the market for nearly $30 million, the outlet reported

The home, which was used for exterior shots throughout the show’s six seasons, features nearly 10,000 square feet and sits on a nearly 40,000-square-foot corner lot.

While the Banks family, including Uncle Phil, Aunt Vivian, Ashley, Carlton, Hilary and Will, lived in the infamous Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles, the 1937 mansion is actually located in the Brentwood area of L.A.

According to TMZ, the listing marks the first time the home has been for sale in 48 years, more than a decade before the show’s 1990 premiere.

In 2020, a handful of lucky fans were able to stay the night at the famed estate as the star of the show, Will Smith, partnered with Airbnb for the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Five fans were able to book a one-night stay each for just $30, in honor of the show’s 30th anniversary.

“Ready for the freshest staycation ever? If this place looks familiar, that’s because it’s just as fly as it was when I first rolled up the driveway. I’m back. And this time, I’m handing you the keys so you’ll have my wing of the mansion all to yourself—but my sneaker collection is off limits, aight?” the Airbnb description read.

According to the listing, guests were granted access to one wing of the estate, including a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, the backyard pool area and lounge, as well as a dining room.

“And you gotta do it like my guy DJ Jazzy Jeff so don’t forget your sunglasses!” the listing added.

One of the lucky guests, Rashi Gupta, recapped his stay to Architectural Digest, saying, “The interior was beautiful.”

“That night, they put on a screening of the show on a large inflatable screen outside with an outdoor bed and a cart full of popcorn and snacks,” Gupta told AD in October 2024. “We spent one night there, and that morning they had a little breakfast set up for us with some ’90s nostalgia treats.”
