Justin Timberlake took to Instagram on Tuesday, August 18 to share a rare set of photos featuring special moments spent with his wife Jessica Biel and their two sons Silas and Phineas. He titled the post “Been outside.”
The first shot in the Instagram Carousel, which can be scrolled through using the small arrow on the right, showed the parents posing together and looking dressed up for a date, with Biel donning an elegant satin gown. The next snap shows adorable 6-year-old Phineas posing with a giant sundae. The next shot shows Silas, 11, enjoying a museum next to his dad. In another joyful moment, Biel beams while showing off a catch during a fishing trip. The “Mirrors” singer made sure his kids’ faces were carefully obscured in each shot.
Although fans seemed to enjoy the pics, several good-naturedly begged the *NYSYNC star to “get back inside the studio,” as many of them want him to make more music with his former band.

Timberlake married “The Sinner” star Jessica Biel in southern Italy on October 19, 2012. The Knot says the couple’s 100-person guest list was “filled with celebs” ranging from Jimmy Fallon to Beverley Mitchell, who starred with Biel on “7th Heaven.”
In statements to People, Biel called the night “a fantasy” while Timberlake gushed, “It was magical,” deeming the event “an unforgettable evening.”
“It’s great to be married, the ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends,” they added in a joint statement.
In April 2015, Timberlake and Biel welcomed their first child, a son named Silas. He is name in honor of Timberlake’s maternal grandfather, Bill Silas Bomar, People notes.
The couple’s second son, Phineas, arrived in 2020 during the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic, making him a “secret COVID baby” due to Biel being away in Montana staying with family to ride out the quarantine. The former Au Fudge owner said she was relieved Timberlake was allowed in the hospital despite the strict safety protocols of the time, explaining “I think if I had to be there alone, that would have been horrible. I would have been really scared.”

Timberlake famously keeps his family life rather private, but he has publicly spoken about his kids. One of those times was on an “Ellen” appearance nearly a decade ago, where he laughed about adjusting to life as a toddler parent.
He explained that after finally falling asleep around 2 am after performing a show on his “Man of the Woods” tour, he was awakened a little after 6 by the tot, who snuck into his room and slithered a tiny hand across his face.
He then felt something wet and realized his son had peed on him. However, he took the mess in stride, smiling, “Anybody’s who’s a parent knows it’s like, you’ve never been more excited to be peed on.”
