Sutton Stracke is getting emotional — and brutally honest — about the end of her friendship with Garcelle Beauvais. The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star opens up in a preview for the supersized season 15 premiere, and the moment is already one of the most talked-about scenes of the upcoming season.
Stracke and Beauvais were once one of Bravo’s tightest duos, going from castmates to genuine best friends who consistently defended each other both on- and off-camera. But after their shocking fallout at the end of season 14 — including Beauvais walking out of the reunion — Stracke says she still doesn’t know what truly went wrong.

In the premiere preview, Stracke sits with Bozoma Saint John, Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, and Dorit Kemsley as she tries to make sense of the rupture.
“That was very rough,” Stracke admits. When asked what caused the fallout, she responds, “I don’t know. I have no idea.”
Richards calls the disappearance of the friendship “a mystery,” while Saint John asks whether Beauvais ever explained her feelings. Stracke shakes her head no.
Beauvais’ dramatic exit from part 3 of the season 14 reunion plays heavily into the uncertainty. Andy Cohen attempted to gather the women for a toast and a reunion group photo, but Beauvais declined, left the stage, and never returned. She later announced she was leaving “RHOBH” after five seasons.
In her confessional, Stracke reveals the silence has continued ever since.
“I texted again and again and again and again,” she says, pausing as she tries to hold back tears. “She did not text back.”

During the cast conversation, Kemsley floats a theory: “Do you think that, for her, it was more of an alliance and less of a friendship?”
Stracke immediately rejects the idea. “I have a hard time believing that.”
In her confessional, she breaks down.
“I loved Garcelle. We were best friends,” she says, wiping tears. “I didn’t see her as just an ally. I just don’t like people to talk about her like that.”
Saint John also shares her perspective, saying she felt Beauvais was upset with her as well. “I felt she was certainly upset with me… And also felt that you sort of left her out to dry too.”
Stracke says there’s no way to know the truth:
“She’s not speaking to me. She’s not speaking to you. So we don’t know. We can play the guessing game for eternity.”
She explains she took “a couple of months to be quiet and really be calm, and remember who I am.”
Richards then shares her hope for the future: “Now that Garcelle is not here, I would like to see Sutton just be the Sutton that I know one on one, and be consistent.”
Beauvais addressed the rift during an October 23 episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” calling the friendship “completely over.”
“Not only did she not have my back, she also never took accountability,” Beauvais said. “And that hurt my feelings a lot.”
Still, Beauvais admitted she looks back on their friendship “fondly.”
The pair briefly crossed paths at a Los Angeles red carpet in October. Stracke confirmed the encounter at BravoCon 2025: “We sure did [say hello].”
