Sutton Stracke shared a happy friendship photo ahead of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 15 premiere—but it wasn’t with one of her RHOBH co-stars.
In a post shared to Instagram on Dec. 3, Stracke, 54, posed with “Southern Charm” star Venita Aspen. Stracke was born in South Carolina and is friends with several members from the “Southern Charm” cast. But her friendship with fellow fashionista Aspen, 32, appears to be special.
“I can’t love this friend more 💕💕💕💕,” Stracke captioned the photo, which appeared to be taken at the recent Bravocon fan fest in Las Vegas.
“I love you!!! 🤍🤍🤍,” Aspen wrote back.
Stracke and Aspen have been friendly for several years. The two posted together at a gala for the American Ballet Theatre in 2022, as seen in a photo Aspen shared to Instagram.
The following year, they had lunch together at BG Restaurant at Bergdorf Goodman, according to Reality Blurb.
Fans Reacted to Sutton Stracke’s New Photo With Venita Aspen
Fans had a lot to say about Stacke’s photo, with some questioning the timing of it just ahead of the RHOBH premiere.
In a widely shared sneak peek of the Season 15 premiere, Stracke addresses her fractured friendship with Garcelle Beauvais, who announced her exit from RHOBH after the Season 14 reunion taping.
“That was very rough, I think, what happened with Garcelle,” Stracke said in the preview, before admitting she had ‘no idea” why her former bestie stopped responding to her calls and texts.
In a confessional, Stracke admitted she hadn’t seen Beuavais since the reunion taping. “We were best friends,” she said. “I didn’t see her as just an ally.”
In comments to Stracke’s new Instagram post with Aspen, some fans felt Stracke didn’t have Beauvais’ back during the reunion taping. A few advised Aspen to “run.” But others were happy to see a new friendship for Stracke.
“ Venita is a beautiful soul! Be nice and a good friend to her pls, Sutton!” one fan wrote.
“What a great duo! 🖤,” added another.

GettyStracke previously explained that she wanted to give Beauvais “space” after she walked out of the reunion. During a May 2025 appearance on Sirius XM’s “Jeff Lewis Live,” she said, “I would never want to hurt Garcelle intentionally…. I’m sorry that it went down like that.” She added that she hoped she would be able to “rectify” the situation with Beauvais.
But during an October 2025 appearance on “Watch What Happens Live,” Beauvais explained why her friendship with Stracke was over for good.
“Not only she didn’t have my back, she also when she called me, never took accountability for it. And that hurt my feelings a lot,” Beauvais said. “We were very close…You know, we had some really good laughs. We were there for each other, mostly me for there for her. But I don’t regret it.”
First of all Garcelle was a really true great friend. She never was a two faced lady. If she had a beef with anyone she confronted them. She became friends with Sutton and had her back from the beginning of their friendship. Garcelle was a lady with grace and class. Something none of those ladies definitely don’t have. So at the reunion when Garcelle needed her beastie Sutton to back her. Sutton just sat quietly and never backed her best friend. So yes Garcelle was hurt. All she wanted was Sutton to apologize. But she thinks she didn’t do one thing wrong. Sutton you lost a really great friend. And now the ladies are turning on you once again. And this time you have nobody to have your back. So Sutton you deserve everything these ladies are going to do to you. Which is make your life miserable. And keep talking crap about you. Karma is a real bitch. So next time you have a truly great friend always back them up. And if you don’t do that then you find them and apology to them and mean it from the heart. Your loss Sutton . You turned your back on Garcelle and now your left with all of these ladies turning against you once again.
