Stephanie is a mom to two sons, Chance and Cruz, but her Instagram post highlighted her relationship with Chance. He is 16, and fans cannot believe how much he has grown since Stephanie first appeared on the Bravo show in 2016. “Quality time with our sweet Chance @travishollman,” she captioned the picture.
