Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” has been on an extended pause since August 2024. As a result, many fans are highly anticipating casting news in the coming months. Now, one cast member, Jennifer Aydin, is addressing her future with the show. This comes after she’s been a staple since the show’s 9th season.
Aydin took to her Instagram account on October 30 to discuss her status with RHONJ. She began, “Hey guys, just wanted to hop on here and update you guys on a few things. A lot of you have been asking me if I’m still on the show or not.”
The RHONJ Star went on to say that no one from the production company or the network has told her anything about the show. Aydin also said, “And I haven’t checked either.” From there, she mentioned the rumors of test filming with a mix of returning ladies and new additions. She also confirmed that she has not been invited to BravoCon.

Aydin’s statement continued with her seemingly announcing her exit from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.” She said, “So by the looks of it, I think it’s safe to say probably not, and that’s OK. I’m good.”
Aydin continued, “I’ll always be grateful for my time on the show. It was quite the experience, to say the least. So it’s time to keep it moving.”
She later said on an Instagram Stories post, “Message of the day: Don’t live in the past. Learn from it. And move forward.”
The ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ Star Announced a New Podcast
Included in Aydin’s post was also the mention of a new podcast, “TV Gold.” She said, “And I got a podcast! It’s called “TV Gold” and it’s not about Housewives. The now Former RHONJ star went on to say that she’ll “touch on it” but that the podcast would be about pop culture, entertainment, fashion, etc.
Aydin first announced the new podcast in May. She said in a caption, “TV Gold…that’s me🤗”
Fast forward to October 30, and she posted a clip featuring Teresa Giudice. The caption read, “My first episode is finally coming out. And if you think this is good, wait till you see us together – It’s gonna be gold!”
She has a podcast watch party scheduled for November 1 at 7:00 PM. While fans are excited for her new podcast, Aydin will be missed on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey.”
