Teddi Mellencamp appears to have entered a new chapter in her personal life.
Just weeks after opening up about where she stood on dating following her cancer journey, the former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star introduced fans to a new man during a night out at one of her father John Mellencamp’s concerts.
The August 11 Instagram post marked the first time Teddi publicly shared photos with the mystery man she had previously teased as her “Valley guy,” giving followers their best look yet at her new romance.

Teddi, 45, shared a carousel of photos and videos from the concert, where she was joined by friends, family and her new boyfriend.
In one selfie, the pair smiled for the camera while standing in the crowd. Teddi wrapped an arm around him as they posed together during the show.
“First he met a cougar. Then he met The Cougs,” she joked in the caption, adding the hashtags “#valleyguy” and “#iykyk.”
She also thanked everyone who attended the concert, writing, “Thanks to everyone who came out to support [John Mellencamp] last night. It was incredible seeing everyone have the time of their lives.”
Fans quickly filled the comments section with messages celebrating the apparent relationship reveal.
“Omggg we finally meet the Valley guy!” one person wrote.
“He’s so handsome, I love seeing you have fun,” another commented.
A third simply added, “Love this.”
The concert outing comes as Teddi continues to move forward following an especially challenging year that included her ongoing cancer battle and major life changes away from reality television.
Teddi Has Been Open About Dating After Her Cancer Journey
Teddi separated from estranged husband Edwin Arroyave in November 2024 after 13 years of marriage. The former couple shares three children together.
Months later, in February 2025, Teddi was diagnosed with brain cancer after doctors discovered multiple tumors. She later revealed that additional tumors had also been found in her lungs before beginning treatment.
Earlier this year, Teddi briefly dated Ricci Rea but confirmed in July that the relationship had ended so she could focus on her health.
“Right now, it started getting to the point where it’s starting to get a little bit more serious. I was like, ‘I don’t have the capacity for this right now,'” she told People at the time. “He’s a really nice guy, couldn’t be a nicer guy.”
She added that she had been upfront about her limitations while navigating treatment.
“I’ve had to make it clear to people I’ve dated [that] this is where I am. This is what I’ve got,” Teddi said. “If it’s enough for you, great. If it’s not enough, I won’t be upset. I mean, yes, my feelings will probably be hurt, but this is all I’ve got to give. And if that’s enough, great.”
Teddi has since shared that she is currently in remission, making her latest Instagram post feel like another sign that she’s embracing a new season both personally and professionally.
