A native of Iowa, Carson Boatman made his “Days of Our Lives” debut as Johnny DiMera, the son of EJ DiMera and Sami Brady, in August 2021. Since joining the soap, the actor has balanced his budding country music career with his “DOOL” obligations.
Boatman recently took to social media to announce his latest single, “Let You In.” The soap star captioned his Instagram post, “#LetYouIn out Wednesday, April 8th!”
This is the second single the soap star has released this year, having previously released “Wild Thing” in February 2026.

Boatman, Raven Bowens (Chanel Dupree), Leo Howard (Tate Black), and Ashley Puzemis (Holly Jonas) were all released from their “DOOL” contracts. Despite Boatman having wrapped filming in March 2026, fans will still be able to watch his storyline unfold into 2027 due to Peacock’s 10-month advanced filming schedule.

Along with being a soap star and a budding country musician, Boatman is a family man. He married his wife, Julana Dizon, who appeared as Savannah on “The Bold and the Beautiful,” on July 23, 2021. The couple welcomed their first child, Ava Rey, on December 18, 2023.
