Will Chase Walk Right Into Michael’s Trap? ‘General Hospital’ Recap For Tuesday, June 2, 2026

On Tuesday’s episode of “General Hospital,” several Port Charles residents found themselves caught up in dangerous schemes and difficult decisions. While Michael (Rory Gibson) and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) put the first phase of their plan to reunite Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Chase (Josh Swickard) into motion, Nina (Cynthia Watros) delivered an urgent message from Jack (Chris McKenna) to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) that could have life-or-death consequences.

Elsewhere, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) filled Lulu (Alexa Havins) in on everything that happened with Rocco (Finn Carr), Lucas (Van Hansis) pushed for Pascal (Marc Forget) to become a suspect in Marco’s murder, and Tracy (Jane Elliot) took a bold stand against Sidwell (Carlo Rota).

Read on to discover everything that happened in Port Charles on June 2, 2026.

Jacinda Sets A Trap For Chase As Michael’s Plan Begins

At the Quartermaine boathouse, Chase was preparing for a relaxing swim when Jacinda interrupted him with a problem. She explained that she had accidentally dropped a pair of expensive sunglasses into the water. According to Jacinda, the glasses weren’t even hers and were worth $750.

What Chase didn’t realize was that he was walking directly into a trap.

As Chase jumped into the lake to retrieve the sunglasses, Jacinda quietly put the next phase of Michael’s plan into motion. Meanwhile, Michael invited Willow to the Quartermaine mansion under the guise of discussing custody arrangements for the Fourth of July holiday.

After reaching an agreement, Michael conveniently remembered that Wiley’s baseball glove had been left near the boathouse. Willow offered to retrieve it, unknowingly placing herself exactly where Michael wanted her.

When Willow arrived, she ran into a soaking wet Chase fresh from the lake. The former couple quickly fell back into their familiar rhythm as they talked about life, friendship, and the past. Chase eventually invited Willow to join him for a drink on the dock, and despite Brook Lynn’s previous warnings, she accepted.

Later, Jacinda reported back to Michael and declared that their plan had officially been set in motion. She told him Willow was “100 percent smitten” with Chase and clearly still drawn to him. However, Jacinda admitted Chase was much harder to read.

Michael agreed that Chase wasn’t the type to have a wandering eye. Still, he remained confident the plan would work. Michael argued that Chase had never been able to resist playing the hero and would eventually allow Willow to get too close as he tried to rescue her from her problems.

According to Michael, Chase’s white-knight instincts would ultimately lead him straight into temptation and cause his marriage to Brook Lynn to implode soon enough.

Back at the lake, Willow and Chase continued reminiscing about their past relationship. As they shared drinks and memories, Willow moved closer and gently removed a leaf from Chase’s hair, creating a noticeably charged moment between them.

Nina Delivers Jack’s Urgent Message To Valentin

At Carly’s house, Nina arrived unexpectedly and demanded to see Valentin.

After initially attempting to hide his presence, Carly eventually allowed Valentin to join the conversation. Nina informed him that Jack had been transferred to Turning Woods and was awake.

More importantly, Jack wanted to see Valentin immediately.

Although both Valentin and Carly initially suspected it could be a trap, Nina passed along a specific message from Jack: “Ex Machina.”

The phrase immediately caught Valentin’s attention and convinced him that Jack was trying to warn him about something serious.

Before leaving, Nina made it clear that she would have helped Valentin if he had come to her instead of Carly. This only led Carly to lean in closer to Valentin and place her hands around his arm, claiming her territory.

Determined to get answers, Valentin decided he had no choice but to visit Turning Woods. While Carly tried to talk him out of it, she ultimately helped him sneak into the facility disguised as an orderly.

Elizabeth And Dante Explain The Truth To Lulu

At the PCPD, Lulu learned exactly how Elizabeth and Dante discovered that Rocco was responsible for shooting Cullum.

Elizabeth explained that she had become suspicious when Rocco’s injury didn’t match the story he originally provided. After secretly helping Dante review evidence connected to the shooting, the pair eventually realized that Rocco’s wound was consistent with a gun-related slide bite.

That discovery allowed Dante to connect the dots and determine that Rocco had fired the weapon.

Although Lulu was initially frustrated that information had been kept from her, especially given that Dante had given her grief for talking to Nathan about the situation rather than him. However, Lulu eventually understood that both Elizabeth and Dante were trying to protect her son. By the end of their conversation, Lulu acknowledged that Elizabeth had done the right thing.

Lucas Pushes Dante To Investigate Pascal

Elsewhere at the PCPD, Lucas became convinced that Pascal deserved closer scrutiny in Marco’s murder investigation.

Lucas told Detective Joe Fitzpatrick that Pascal had been obsessed with Marco and pointed to several details that had raised his suspicions, including Pascal still wearing one of Marco’s ties. While Joe initially questioned the strength of the evidence, Lucas refused to back down.

After speaking with Dante, Lucas continued pushing for further investigation.

Although Dante admitted the case against Pascal was thin, he eventually instructed Joe to visit Wyndemere and question him directly. Dante also told his new detective that it would be a good time to get acquainted with the island, given that they have to go to Wyndemere quite often.

Tracy Takes On Sidwell As Trouble Arrives At Wyndemere

At Wyndemere, Tracy, Brook Lynn, and Lucy confronted Sidwell over their growing concerns about his involvement with Deception.

Tracy and Brook Lynn accused him of using the company to support questionable business dealings and threatened to take their concerns directly to regulators if he refused to step away.

Sidwell dismissed their accusations and insisted there would be no Deception without him.

However, his attention was soon pulled elsewhere when Cullum arrived with an update regarding Britt. Unfortunately for Sidwell, there was still no sign of her.

As the men discussed how to move forward without Britt’s expertise, another unexpected visitor arrived at the door.

Detective Joe appeared at Wyndemere and announced that he was there to question Pascal about Marco’s murder, leaving both Sidwell, Pascal, and the women of Deception visibly stunned.

Tuesday’s episode ended with multiple schemes already underway. While Valentin finally reached Jack at Turning Woods, Michael and Jacinda remained convinced that Willow and Chase were moving exactly where they wanted them. At the same time, Pascal suddenly found himself facing uncomfortable questions from law enforcement, setting the stage for even more trouble ahead.
