A New Carr Is Coming to Port Charles: Finn Carr’s Brother Joins ‘General Hospital’

It’s always a family affair in Port Charles, but things are getting even more personal on “General Hospital” as real-life brothers join the cast. 17-year-old Finn Carr has portrayed Rocco Falconeri on “GH” since 2022.

Now, the teen’s older brother, Elliott Carr, is set to make an appearance on the soap. Read on to learn more about the Carr brothers’ time together in Port Charles.

Elliott Carr Is Making His Way to Port Charles on June 1, 2026

Finn Carr’s older brother, Elliott Carr, is set to begin appearing on “General Hospital” on June 1, 2026. According to Soap Steph, the younger Carr brother was ecstatic when he found out his brother would be joining the soap.

The teen said, “Funny story, when I found out Elliott was joining GH, I literally jumped out of my chair and screamed.”

He added that he accidentally startled his on-screen parents, Alexa Havins and Dominic Zamprogna, who play Lulu Spencer and Dante Falconeri, in the process, as the two were running lines in the same room.

The Carr Brothers Won’t Be Sharing the Screen This Go-Round

While Finn Carr is pretty happy to have his brother on set, the two Carr brothers won’t be sharing scenes during Elliott’s first stint on the soap.

Elliott Carr opened up about his “GH” experience to Daily Soap Dish, saying, “Getting to be on the same show as my brother was an amazing opportunity and experience.”

He continued, “Finn has developed such a great rapport with all the cast and crew that I felt welcomed and accepted just by being his brother. He’s such a good kid, and he made my job easier just by being himself.”

The older Carr brother continued, “Unfortunately, we did not have an overlap in our scenes this time. But I’m hopeful that one day we’ll be able to share the screen together! Working with my brother has always been on the bucket list. Would love to be back soon!”

What to Know About the Carr Brothers on ‘General Hospital’

Prior to his role on “General Hospital,” Elliott Carr had only been billed with two other acting credits. One is for an appearance on “Mighty Med” in 2015, and the second is for an appearance on “NCIS: Origins” in 2025.

In contrast, Elliott’s younger brother has a more extensive acting resume. Along with making over 100 appearances on “General Hospital,” Finn Carr appeared in 39 episodes of the Netflix series “Alexa & Katie” as Jack Cooper from 2018 to 2020.

Along with these acting credentials, the younger Carr brother has made appearances on a number of TV shows, including “iCarly,” “Fuller House,” “Criminal Minds,” and more.

While Elliott Carr’s role is still under wraps, his arrival adds another interesting layer to Port Charles. With real-life brothers now part of the General Hospital family, fans will be watching closely to see how Elliott’s character fits into the drama.

Fans will have to tune into “General Hospital” on June 1 to see where Elliott Carr’s storyline takes him.
