Billy Asks Jack To Be His Best Man
The episode began at Society, where Billy and Sally were busy discussing wedding plans. The couple talked about seating arrangements, honeymoon ideas, and Sally’s wedding dress, which she continued to keep a secret from her fiancé.
Their romantic moment was interrupted when Jack arrived. Despite everything happening in his own life, Jack assured the couple that seeing them happy gave him hope. He spoke warmly about welcoming Sally into the Abbott family and expressed excitement about the baby she and Billy are expecting.
After Sally left for a meeting with Audra, Billy and Jack shared a more personal conversation. Jack admitted he remained deeply concerned about Diane’s disappearance and revealed that he had hired a private investigator to help locate her.
Billy also shared details of his conversation with Patty, including her suggestion that Diane being gone could clear the way for her to reconnect with Jack. The revelation only increased Jack’s concerns.
Before their conversation ended, Billy surprised his brother with an important request. He asked Jack to serve as his best man. Although caught off guard, Jack happily accepted, and the brothers shared an emotional hug.
Audra Reassures Sally About Her Future
At Chancellor Park Cafe, Audra met with Sally, who admitted she was struggling with an unexpected problem.
With her business thriving, her wedding approaching, and a baby on the way, Sally couldn’t shake the feeling that something was bound to go wrong. She worried that life seemed almost too perfect.
Audra encouraged Sally to give herself credit for the success she has built. She reminded her that many of the positive things happening in her life were the result of her own hard work and choices.
The conversation eventually turned back to wedding plans, with Audra praising Sally’s dress design and reminding her just how lucky Billy is to be marrying her.
Noah Develops A Plan To Restore Matt’s Memories
Meanwhile, Nick returned to the Newman Ranch after meeting with Matt.
Victoria, Nikki, and Sharon immediately noticed his bruised hands and questioned whether he had attacked Matt. Nick admitted that he had gone into the meeting fully intending to seek revenge, but changed his mind after seeing Matt’s condition.
Rather than seeing a dangerous criminal, Nick saw a frightened man who genuinely seemed lost and confused.
Soon after, Noah arrived with an idea he believed could help Matt recover his memories. Later, he brought Nick and Sharon to a recreation of The Shadow Room, the club Matt once operated in Los Angeles.
Noah hoped that surrounding Matt with familiar sights and memories would trigger something. While Sharon worried restoring Matt’s memories could bring back the dangerous man he once was, Noah and Nick believed it was a risk worth taking.
Victor Gives Nikki An Impossible Choice
Back at the Newman Ranch, Victoria attempted to convince Nikki and Victor to address the growing distance between them.
After Victoria left them alone, Nikki admitted that the ongoing conflict was affecting the entire family. She told Victor that she wanted to find a way to move past their differences and save their marriage.
Victor surprised her by admitting that he also wanted to put the conflict behind them.
However, his solution came with a major condition. Victor demanded that Nikki end her friendship with Jack. “It’s either him, or me,” Victor declared before walking away.
The confrontation left Nikki stunned. As she struggled to process Victor’s ultimatum, her worsening headaches returned, leaving her visibly shaken.
Matt Begins Remembering His Past
The episode’s final storyline centered on Noah’s plan.
Before leaving for The Shadow Room, Matt was alone in the Newman gym wrestling with his growing frustration. Desperate for answers, he repeatedly punched a heavy bag while demanding to know who he really was.
Later, Nick brought him to Noah’s recreated club.
Matt initially appeared confused as Noah, Sharon, and Sienna explained the significance of the location. As he walked through the club, however, fragments of memory slowly began returning.
Matt suddenly experienced flashes of several moments from his past, including confrontations with Nick, Noah, and Victor.
As everyone watched anxiously, Matt continued trying to process the memories flooding back. By the end of the episode, it was clear that Noah’s plan had worked.
The only question now is whether the memories Matt recovered will help him find redemption or push him back toward the dangerous man he once was.
Monday’s episode left several major questions hanging in the balance.
Will Matt regain the rest of his memories, and if he does, what version of himself will emerge?
Can Nikki and Victor find a way forward after his shocking ultimatum?
And will Jack finally get answers about Diane’s disappearance?
