Former “Bachelorette” lead Tayshia Adams is kicking off 2026 with a major career milestone. The reality TV star and host announced on Instagram that she has officially signed with WME for representation, signaling a new chapter as her career continues to expand beyond the Bachelor universe.

Adams shared the news with a celebratory post, writing, “Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it! Beyond excited to officially be joining the @wme family!! Big moves ahead, and so much gratitude for the journey that led me here! 2026 We are coming in strong!!!” The announcement quickly drew an outpouring of support from fans and fellow stars, many praising her growth and momentum heading into the new year.

According to Variety, Adams’ deal with WME covers representation across all areas. She will continue to be managed by Digital Brand Architects, with Align Public Relations and Hansen Jacobson remaining part of her team, per the outlet. The move comes as Adams balances hosting, unscripted television and brand partnerships, all while maintaining a strong presence across social media with more than 1.5 million followers.

Adams first rose to prominence through the Bachelor franchise, appearing on The Bachelor Season 23 in 2019 before joining Bachelor in Paradise. She later made history as the first biracial lead of The Bachelorette during Season 16, which became one of the franchise’s most watched seasons. She went on to co-host Seasons 17 and 18, further solidifying her role within Bachelor Nation.

Her upcoming slate shows how far her career has grown beyond dating shows. Per The Hollywood Reporter, Adams is set to serve as a judge on HGTV’s renovation competition series Bachelor Mansion Takeover. The series will be hosted by Jesse Palmer and feature Adams judging alongside Tyler Cameron as former Bachelor Nation stars renovate the iconic mansion for a chance at a $100,000 prize.

Outside of that project, Adams has continued to build a strong hosting résumé. She previously hosted the MTV Movie & TV Awards: Unscripted, frequently guest hosts on Entertainment Tonight, and has contributed to E!’s Oscars coverage. She also appeared on Amazon Freevee’s “The GOAT” and made her acting debut in HBO Max’s “The Girls on the Bus.”
