Ahead of the return of season 4 of “The Traitors” on Jan. 8 on Peacock, fans finally have the chance to test their own devious strategy skills when The Traitors Experience comes to New York City.
From Jan. 14 – Jan. 22 in Brooklyn, lovers of the show (or lovers of treachery in general) can immerse themselves in this reality competition series. Held at the Weylin, contestants will enjoy a Scottish-inspired space decked out for the likes of Alan Cumming himself.
A similar event popped up in Los Angeles earlier this year and was a smashing success, so it only makes sense for NYC to get in on the action!
How to Play
PeacockGroups of friends (or enemies) will face an onslaught of twisty, turny missions — including puzzles hidden deep within Alan Cumming’s plaid-soaked wardrobe.
Upon arrival, one lucky contestant will be tapped to be a Traitor and the responsibility falls to the other Faithfuls to suss that person out. Each game will take 60 minutes to complete, and will culminate in a tense finale, reminiscent of the fan-favorite show where the players will sit around the recognizable Round Table to answer the question: who are the Faithfuls and who is the Traitor?
For those ready and willing to fork out $40 (plus fees, of course), ticket reservations can be booked here.
Details for Season 4
PeacockThe first episodes of season 4 will drop on Peacock Jan. 8, with the next two episodes available the following week on Jan. 15. After that, a new episode will be released weekly leading to a finale and reunion event on Feb. 26.
TODAY aired an exclusive first-look of what’s to come from the new season. The clip showed various cast members hinting at their forthcoming diabolical strategies. In the clip, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” diva Lisa Rinna divulged, “I think I’m going to play this game in a way that maybe no one’s ever played it.” Fellow Housewife Dorinda Medley added, “I’m going to be so focused. I’m going to know every move.” Dorinda had been eliminated early on in season 3, so suffice it to say she’s coming back for some white hot revenge.
As a counter to their no holds barred approach, Olympic figure skater Johnny Weir said, “I’m going to try and win this thing with love and kindness.”
So, viewers will just have to tune in to see which method comes out on top…
