‘The Voice’ Reveals Superstar Lineup for Season 28 Finale

When “The Voice” wraps up its 28th season with back-to-back live finale episodes on December 15 and 16, 2025, they’ll do so with some additional star power.

NBC has announced a star-studded lineup of performers for its December 16 finale, alongside celebrity coaches Reba McEntire, Michael Bublé, Snoop Dogg, and Niall Horan. Check out who’s been confirmed to perform.

On December 11, People reported that Journey will perform featuring Neal Schon, the rock band’s founding guitarist. The legendary rock band will be accompanied by coaches Bublé, Snoop, and McEntire, along with several fan-favorites from season 28, for a medley of Journey’s greatest hits — including “Lights,” “Lovin’, Touchin’, Squeezin'” and “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

In November, Journey announced a farewell tour with Schon, 71, which will make its way across North America in 2026 as a “heartfelt goodbye to the fans who’ve been with us,” per People.

Rising star and season 26 winner Sofronio Vasquez will also appear on the finale to perform “Superman,” a single slated for release on December 16, per People. The song was co-written by Bublé — his former coach — and Ross Golan, Maureen McDonald, Johan Carlsson and Peter Karlsson.

In late November, Vasquez recently released two holiday tunes, including a new version of Bublé’s 2024 holiday tune “Maybe This Christmas,” which he originally sang with country artist Carly Pearce. Vasquez also released a cover of the holiday classic “Grown Up Christmas List” accompanied by legendary producer and pianist David Foster.

XG to Perform ‘Gala’ on ‘The Voice’ Finale

NBC also confirmed on December 11 that XG will perform their new single “Gala” live on the finale, posting a video of the Japanese girl group announcing their appearance, which marks their TV debut in the U.S., People reported.

Its members — JURIN, CHISA, HINATA, HARVEY, JURIA, MAYA and COCONA — have been busy since their March 2022 debut with “Tippy Toes,” including a world tour and mini album releases. Their first full-length album, “THE CORE – ,” is due for release in January, with “Gala” as its lead single.

R&B hitmaker Khalid will also perform on the December 16 finale, People reported in November. The singer, who released his new album “After the Sun Goes Down” in October, just announced a 2026 summer tour, with tickets on sale starting December 12.

According to ticket manager 1iota, Khalid and XG were scheduled to tape their performances for the finale on December 14, but NBC has since announced that XG will perform live.

Meanwhile, 1iota also announced on December 8 that country star Riley Green would tape a performance for the finale on December 11.

Billboard revealed in early December that Green would perform his 2024 hit “Jesus Saves” for the finale. Meanwhile, the outlet also said “The Voice” Mega Mentor Zac Brown would perform “Butterfly” — Zac Brown Band’s song featuring Dolly Parton — with special guest Noah Cyrus. “Butterfly.”

The stars will appear on the December 16 results show after viewers vote on the top six contestants’ performances on December 15. Both finale episodes air at 9 p.m. Eastern time.
