Golden Buzzer Moment on ‘America’s Got Talent’ 2025
Season 20 of “America’s Got Talent” kicked off for LightWire with a Golden Buzzer from Simon Cowell during the auditions. For their audition, they combined art, projection, and movement to transport the judges into a jungle filled with tigers, snakes, and pure imagination.
Cowell loved it and hit that Golden Buzzer, which sent LightWire immediately to the Quarterfinals. During the Quarterfinals, they brought out brand-new technology, stunning costumes, and a powerful story to wow the judges and audience again.
No Golden Buzzer this time around, but they did get enough votes from America to move on to the Semifinals. During the Semifinals, LightWire brought Brazil to life with a stunning glow-in-the-dark performance..
America definitely loves LightWire, as they voted again and voted to send them to the “America’s Got Talent” season 20 finals. For me, this is the type of act I see winning the show. They are a Vegas act, through and through, and can see them winning “America’s Got Talent” 2025 and performing in Vegas.
LightWire Performance on ‘AGT’ 2025 Finale
LightWire wanted to come to “AGT” to show the world their art and their talent. While I have been impressed, they did talk about experiencing some issues during the last performance. One of the dancers didn’t light up, so they are excited to make it through and bring a new performance for the finale.
I have said this many, many times this season, but LightWire just reminds me of a show you would see in Vegas…and pay good money for! The lights, music, and production are just outstanding. This is so fun to watch and so cool to see it play out on stage.
For the judges, Simon Cowell said genuinely, he got quite emotional watching that. Their message is so beautiful, and that performance deserves to win. Sofia Vergara said this is their best act today. Mel B said it was similar to last week, but she doesn’t mind that. What they do is complex and out of this world.
