Carrie Underwood was under attack on her farm, but thankfully, it was just some of her sweet sheep who ambushed her. Check out what the “American Idol” judge said about the farm animals.
Carrie Underwood Shares Moment Sheep Attacked Her
On September 10, Underwood took to her Instagram Stories to share the moment that she got caught up in the group of sheep.
In the video, the text read, “Help! I’m being attacked! … with cuteness.”
The “American Idol” winner wasn’t harmed, but was definitely won over by the sweet animals.
In the video, she showed the sheep nearby, and said to one, “Hey! Come back!” The sheep turned to reveal a piece of hay sticking out of its mouth.
Underwood panned the camera down to show another sheep who had gotten close, asking, “What is your deal?” The sheep hopped up closer to the camera, and she told him, “Excuse you!”
She’s then heard saying, “Are you gonna head-butt me? You better not play this morning,” before another sheep jumped up at her.
“No!” she playfully screamed before the video ended.
Carrie Underwood Has Shared Other Farm Moments
She may be a country superstar, but Underwood also enjoys the quiet pace of farm life, something she often shares on her Instagram account.
On May 21, she announced the newest addition to the farm.
“Surprise! We’ve got another new life around the farm! This little guy happened to be born on the day of the @americanidol finale, so we figured it would only be right if we named him Jamal!!! ☺️” she wrote at the time.
Underwood added, “Mama and Baby J are doing well … and I’m popping by the barn to get snuggles every chance I get! Welcome to the world, little dude!”
On August 29, Underwood took to Instagram to give fans a look at one of the squash plants thriving in her garden.
“I have always read great things about the tromboncino squash and thought I’d give it a try this year,” the singer wrote in the caption. “I’m a lazy gardener and I just throw seeds in the ground and hope for the best. 🤷♀️ Only one germinated … thank goodness! Can’t wait to see how it all turns out!”
She gave a tour of the plant, noting in the video, “I planted a few seeds, hoping they would germinate. But y’all, this is one plant. This is one plant!”
Underwood added, “I’m really glad the other ones didn’t come up because I’d be in trouble. It’s a climber anyway, but good gracious, I clearly was not prepared for the tromboncino squash. We’re just going to try to tame her as she grows.”
