Buyers looking to get their hands on the former home of Jennifer Lopez have the opportunity to score a huge deal, because she and Ben Affleck just put the house they bought together in 2023 for a huge price cut, TMZ reported on September 19.
Luxury Listings put together a set of stunning photos of the massive house when the two originally decided to start trying to offload it.
The decision to relist the property comes a couple of months after Lopez, who judged American Idol from 2011 to 2016, made the mutual decision with her ex to take the house off the market after it failed to sell for the asking price of $59.95 million, which they had lowered from the whopping $68 million they originally listed it for.
The famous ex-couple purchased the 38,000-square-foot home for $60.8 million, and invested in extensive renovations. Mansion Global says the purchase was made with a trust tied to Affleck’s longtime business manager, Gary Kress.

Realtor.com reported on September 12 that the “On The Floor” singer is living in the lavish mansion she bought with her ex while renovating a 10,046-square-foot Hidden Hill home she purchased in February. Her new place, which she paid $17.5 million for, is equipped with a barn, stables, and a riding arena, suggesting the diva may be planning to embrace her inner cowgirl.
Despite being less than a third of the size of the abode she’s trying to offload, Lopez’s new digs are still super luxurious. TMZ says the property has a pool and pool house, theater, chef’s kitchen, and a gym.

Inside Ben Affleck’s $20 Million Bachelor Pad
After he and Lopez decided to go their separate ways, the “Gone Girl” star splashed out on a $20.5 million Los Angeles mansion. Realtor.com says the place was built in 1941, and has been through a remodel. The story described the home, which offers easy access to Sunset Boulevard, as “the ultimate private and luxurious setting.”
Back in January, Page Six says Lopez was spotted stopping by the house with one of her twins the day before it was publicly announced that she and the Massachusetts native had finalized their divorce.
The teen walked out of the house carrying a huge gift box, which could have been a late Christmas present or an early birthday gift for their February birthday.
