The latest episode of “Jujutsu Kaisen” just aired (season 3 episode 11), and fans can’t stop talking about one key detail: just how much Megumi looks like his dad Toji Fushiguro now.
Fans have long been commenting about how Megumi’s art style has changed dramatically since season 1. Some have said it’s just the artists’ way of showing that he’s growing up. But as others have pointed out in this episode, it’s apparent that he’s looking more and more like his dad.
Check out these fan reactions. (This post will have spoilers for the newest episode.)
You Can See the Resemblance in the Photos
All you have to do is compare press photos from season 3 to season 2, and it’s obvious the animators are trying to channel some of Toji into Megumi’s art style now.
Here are some official press photos from the latest episode, where Megumi faced off against Reggie.

Fans React to the Latest Episode
The latest episode was phenomenal (like every episode this season!) Megumi’s fight with Reggie — especially the trick he pulled at the end to make Reggie think that his shikigami was no longer operatable was pure cinema. The competition to see who could withstand being crushed first, and even the comparison to G forces was a great touch.
I do wish we learned a little more about Reggie’s connection to Tengen, but it was intriguing to think that Tengen might actually have been lying to them and is secretly working with Kenjaku.
The ending, where Megumi collapsed and the Angel sorcerer appeared was not something I had predicted. Now we’re left wondering if this Angel sorcerer is going to help Megumi or try to take advantage of his weakness and kill him off.
The introduction to the finale was also peak. It’s been too long since we’ve seen Yuta, and he was properly hyped at the end.
“Yuta, Rival, Gojo In the same sentence. We yuta fans are UP,” one Redditor commented in a discussion about the episode.
Fans also loved the incomplete domain aspect of the episode, which was a unique premise.
“I love the incomplete domain idea and really wish we got to see more from it, it’s such a cool concept to have a sorcerer reach 120% of their potential instead of a complete domain expansion’s usual guaranteed hit effect, especially in megumi’s case,” one person wrote in the same Reddit discussion thread.
