A member of one of the most iconic “Big Brother” alliances recently shared some big news: He’s engaged!

“Big Brother 5” houseguest and Four Horsemen member Scott Long, 46, made the announcement on May 24 that he proposed to his girlfriend, Millie, and she said yes.

‘BB5’ Houseguest Announces Engagement

Long has kept a very different profile since his time on “Big Brother.”

Long doesn’t typically post glimpses into his romantic life on Instagram, aside from a few snaps with Millie.

His page is mostly filled with videos from the academy he owns in Florida, training clips and posts from competitions. He also shares plenty of surfing content, which has become another regular part of his social media presence.

While Long is not as active in the “Big Brother” world as some former players, his season 5 run remains a memorable part of the show’s early years. His engagement announcement gave longtime viewers a rare personal update from one of the show’s original alliance members.

His post announcing his engagement was designed as a magazine cover, with “SHE SAID YES!” as the title.

“A moment we’ll cherish forever,” the photo said, alongside a photo of the two at the beach.

“NEW CHAPTER. Forever starts now,” the photo added.

Long’s friends flooded the comments with well wishes for the newly engaged couple.

“The goat doing goated things, congrats bruddaa 🔥🔥,” one friend wrote.

“Congratulations! Stay blessed!” wrote another.

“Congrats man, this is huge!” another friend wrote.

“Awww this is so awesome. Congratulations!!! ❤️🙌🔥” said another.

The Four Horsemen Alliance Took Over Season 5 of ‘Big Brother’

“Big Brother” Season 5’s “Four Horsemen” Alliance: Scott Long, Jase Wirey, Drew Daniel, and Michael “Cowboy” Ellis

Long was not just another early “Big Brother” houseguest. During season 5, he became one of the faces of the Four Horsemen, the alliance that helped define the first stretch of the game.

The group formed early with Long, Jase Wirey, Drew Daniel and Michael “Cowboy” Ellis, giving the season one of its clearest power centers. Long and Wirey were especially visible inside the house, which made the alliance feel hard to avoid even when it was not in control.

That visibility also put a target on Long. The Four Horsemen had numbers in the beginning, but the house shifted once Diane Henry won Head of Household. Long landed on the block next to Wirey, with both seen as major members of the group.

Wirey later saved himself with the Power of Veto, but Long did not have the votes to survive the week. He was evicted in a 4-3 vote and finished in 11th place, ending his run before the jury portion of the game.

The alliance still remained part of the season’s bigger story after Long’s exit. Daniel and Ellis eventually reached the final two together, with Daniel winning “Big Brother 5” in a 4 to 3 jury vote between two former alliance members.
