What Drama Unfolds in the ‘Big Brother’ Week 10 Eviction Episode?

“Big Brother” season 27 week 10 ends with the season’s first double eviction, and here’s all the drama that unfolded during the jam-packed episode. This article will be updated as the episode airs. “Big Brother” airs on CBS and can be watched the next day on Paramount+.

Tonight’s episode will be two hours long to fit in all the drama and three separate competitions. As a recap, Vince Panaro is the current Head of Household (HOH), making him safe from the night’s first eviction but vulnerable going into the double eviction. Panaro nominated Keanu Soto, Kelley Jorgensen, and his ally, Lauren Domingue, for eviction.

What Happened Before Tonight’s Block Buster Competition?

Previously, Vince nominated Lauren for eviction after Morgan Pope used the veto on Ava Pearl. Morgan assured Vince that Lauren would not be voted out if he nominated his ally. In a confessional, Vince admitted he wants Kelley to go to the jury house.

Despite Morgan’s promise, both Keanu and Ashley Hollis told the Diary Room that they want to send Lauren home. If Lauren is evicted, Vince loses his number one ally in the game and is partially at fault for nominating her in the first place when he had another nominee option in Ashley.

On tonight’s episode, Lauren had an emotional conversation with Vince where she explained that she has always had his back. After all, she accidentally got her own ally, Rylie Jeffries, sent home because she used the veto on Vince during Rachel Reilly’s HOH. Vince explained to Lauren that he felt forced into nominated Lauren, although the bridal consultant reminded him that he could have chosen to nominate Ashley instead.

Morgan told the cameras in the HOH room that she has no intention of bringing Lauren to the final three, despite them both being aligned with Vince. Later, in the Diary Room, Lauren claimed that now that Vince nominated her, she’s willing to go against him.

Vince told Morgan that if she voted out Lauren, it would affect he and Morgan’s friendship. The comment caused Morgan a lot of stress and ultimately led to an argument. Vince admitted he regretted not nominating Ashley, and that he feared he would be one of the next players sent to jury. Morgan was frustrated that Vince was protecting someone who voted to evict her.

Throughout this argument, Kelley and Lauren were listening outside. Lauren cried, realizing she might go home this week.

Who Won Tonight’s ‘Big Brother’ Block Buster Competition?

Tonight’s Block Buster requires players to find foam balls in a pit and stack them in a plastic tube. Whoever stacks four balls first wins. Lauren won the Block Buster, getting all four balls in while Keanu and Kelley only got one ball each.

Post-Eviction Drama

Here’s how the night’s first eviction went down: Ava voted to evicted Keanu. Morgan voted to evict Kelley. Lauren voted to evict Keanu. Ashley voted to evict Kelley. This left Vince to break the tie. He opted to send Kelley to the jury house.

On her way out, Kelley told the house that she and Vince made a final two deal week one. They also had a final three with Adrian Rocha, and a final four with Rylie. As soon as Kelley was out the door, the Mastermind appeared on the TV to let the houseguests know they would be competing in a double eviction. No one seemed surprised.

The “Big Brother” Block Buster is officially over for the season, and all future HOHs will only nominate two houseguests rather than three.

The Double Eviction HOH & Veto

The houseguests had to roll balls onto a differently-textured surface. The first to land five balls won. Morgan won the HOH and immediately told Lauren she was considering Lauren and Keanu as nominees. She then offered Ava the chance to go on the block, although everyone is playing in the veto comp, so there’s no advantage to being nominated.

Morgan nominated Lauren and Keanu.

The veto competition required the players to find the mastermind within a set of images. The player to get the most answers right out of seven won. Morgan and Keanu tied with seven points and went into a tie breaker question. Keanu chose the closer answer, winning the veto. He used it on himself, and Morgan nominated Ava.

The Second Houseguest Evicted

Vince voted to evict Ava. Keanu and Ashley voted to evict Lauren. Lauren is off to the jury house.
