Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz, both former cast members of “Vanderpump Rules,” will join the show as full-time cast members when season 3 premieres on April 1. After appearing in guest roles during season 2, Kent and Schwartz will now be featured as main cast members on the Bravo hit.

Lala Kent and Tom Schwartz Join ‘The Valley’ Season 3 Cast
Bravo confirmed that Kent and Schwartz will hold full-time roles in season 3, Variety reported. Both originally rose to fame on “Vanderpump Rules.”
Schwartz first appeared on season 1 of “Vanderpump Rules” and later became a main cast member. He returns to Bravo after several high-profile personal changes, including his divorce from fellow original cast member Katie Maloney. According to the season description, Schwartz is focused on finding a long-term partner, even if that disrupts the friend group’s balance.
Kent joined “Vanderpump Rules” during season 4 as a hostess and quickly became known for her outspoken personality. In season 3 of “The Valley,” she is focused on raising her two daughters as a single mother and approaching her seven-year sobriety milestone.
Both Kent and Schwartz appeared during season 2 of “The Valley” before being promoted to full-time cast members.
The season 3 trailer hints at potential new romance rumors. In one moment, Schwartz tells newly single Michelle Saniei that she is “gorgeous” during a flirty exchange. Other cast members chant that the two are “gonna kiss.” In another scene, Kent jokingly suggests a “threesome” while lounging in bed with Schwartz and Michelle, prompting a surprised reaction from Schwartz.
Season 3 Drama, Babies, and Cast Changes
The official announcement from Bravo teases: “The Valley crew is ready to reset the vibe as they navigate major life changes from babies and breakups to bold new beginnings, but the drama is never far behind. When questionable behavior and unresolved tensions arise, it threatens to permanently pull this friend group apart.”
Returning cast members include Jason Caperna, Janet Caperna, Jasmine Goode, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, and Zack Wickham. Goode’s fiancée, Melissa Carelli, and Wickham’s boyfriend, Benji Quach, will return as friends of the cast. Lally’s girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, will make her first appearance this season.
Several storylines will center on expanding families. Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez Booko are adjusting to life with four children and a recent move to Santa Clarita. Kristen Doute and Luke Broderick are navigating new parenthood after welcoming a baby together.
Brittany Cartwright, who is newly single, is working on what she calls getting her “sparkle back,” including undergoing a mommy makeover. A reconnection with someone from her past sparks questions among the group.
One notable absence this season is Jax Taylor. Variety previously reported that Taylor stepped away from the show to focus on his mental health and recovery. Ahead of the season 2 premiere, Taylor revealed he had struggled with cocaine addiction for more than two decades. During season 2, he spent 30 days in a mental health facility before returning to film, in what turned into some pretty dark moments for the longtime Bravo star.
“The Valley” returns for its third season on Wednesday, April 1 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. Episodes will stream the next day on Peacock.
Vanderpump’s favorites????? What planet are you people on??? We were really hoping that we woukd never see or hear about Mean Lala and sneaky lying whimmpy Tom Schwartz. Why in tge hell woukd you ruin the show. What how many people will stop watching the show cause your bringing those two on a show that’s just getting started to be a good show. Nobody wants to see single home wrecking Lala and lying cheating mean Tom Schwartz that took everybodys side but his ex wifes Katie. Thank God she realuzed what a loser Schwartz was and how low he would go to always put Katie down. And now you think we want to see him treat his new “LOVE OF HIS LIFE” . Be treated like a queen. Hell no. We are all done with Lala, Schwartz , Scandoval, and Scheana Shay and her husband. Really get rid of those ugly people in the inside. We thought we would never have to see any of those mean cheating lying people again ever on TV again. Watch how the ratings will drop because of those two coming on a good show. Bravo you will be surprise. It will be only a matter of time before before Lala will show her true colors and start picking on the other woman on the show. And the same for Schwartz. Watch how nice he is in the begining of a new realitionship. Please he has absolutely nothing to offer on this show. They both make many if us throw up in our mouths. …. Can’t wait till Brivo see how much the ratings will drop down. Get rid of those two very mean people. ….PERIOD
