“Vanderpump Rules” alum Ariana Madix is setting the record straight about the status of the Los Angeles home she once shared with ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval.
While attending the GLAAD Media Awards at The Beverly Hilton on Thursday, March 5, Madix told Us Weekly that the property has not yet been listed for sale, contradicting comments Sandoval made earlier in the week.
Madix said the house is “not on the market yet,” clarifying the situation after her ex suggested otherwise during a television appearance.
Sandoval Previously Implied It Was Already on the Market
Sandoval had spoken about the home during a March 3 episode of “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen.
When asked about the status of the house he once shared with Madix, the reality star told host Andy Cohen that it was about to be listed.
“The house is going on the market,” Sandoval said during the broadcast.
He added that Madix had already removed her belongings from the property, telling Cohen, “She got her clothes out.”
Cohen appeared surprised by the update, asking, “Oh my God, it’s just going on the market?”
Sandoval confirmed the claim with a simple “yes.”
However, Madix’s comments at the GLAAD event suggest the process hasn’t moved forward just yet.
In February, TMZ captured images of Madix getting the rest of her belongings out of the house.
Madix and Sandoval Have Been in a Dispute for Years
The property has been a major point of contention between the former couple since their highly publicized breakup in 2023.
Their split followed the cheating scandal that dominated headlines and played out on “Vanderpump Rules.”
Throughout the course of the final season, the two would coordinate through Sandoval’s assistant on when the other would be in the home.
In early 2024, Madix filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court related to the house, seeking to force a sale of the property they jointly owned.
The legal battle continued for months as both sides disputed what should happen to the home.
Earlier this year, the case appeared to reach a turning point.
In January, legal representatives for Madix filed a notice of settlement in the case, indicating that the dispute had been resolved — though the filing noted that dismissal would depend on the “satisfactory completion of specified terms.”
Despite that progress, it appears the next steps regarding the home have not yet been finalized publicly.
