Former “Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Sandoval has a new stint on reality television thanks to season three of “House of Villains.” Recently, while promoting the show, which has moved to Peacock, he addressed a persistent plastic surgery rumor he’s faced: that he had gotten a chin implant.
Regarding “House of Villains” season 3, in addition to Sandavol, the show features Tiffany “New York” Pollard, Christine Quinn, Kate Chastain, Tyson Apostol, Plane Jane, Drita D’Avanzo, Jackie Christie, Paul Abrahamian, Johnny Middlebrooks, and Ashley Mitchell.
Tom Sandoval Denies The Prevailing Plastic Surgery Rumor
GettySandoval interviewed with Decider in March 2026. During the conversation, the rumor that he had undergone a chin implant came up, and the former “Vanderpump Rules” star stated that this was not the case.
According to him, “I guess I’m flattered, but yeah, I have not had a chin implant. My face looks the same as it did when I was first on Vanderpump Rules.”
From there, he explained where he thinks the misconception came from, saying, “I once did a close-up selfie video on point five, and it elongated my face. I think that’s where that rumor came from. I just have to laugh because my face is the same shape it has been for the past 14 years that I’ve been on TV.”
The Former ‘VPR’ Star Recently Discussed ‘House of Villains’
Sandavol recently interviewed with US Weekly, teasing what fans can expect from “House of Villains,” which premiered on February 26 with three new episodes. First, he teased being confronted by fellow Bravo alum Kate Chastain.
Sandavol recalled, “She says some strange things, even when we were on ‘House of Villains.’ I was watching it, and she was like, ‘Yeah, I met Tom at BravoCon, and he just kind of, like, blew me off or whatever.'”
He then dispelled her account, saying, “I met Kate in Florida at a bar. We ran into her in Melbourne because of this guy, Bobby Giancola, that I knew. He was on Below Deck, and so he sort of introduced us. It was just funny. I mean, look. I mean, you’re just gonna have to wait and see what happens.”
Sandoval also discussed being roommates with “Survivor” alum Tyson Apostol while filming the show. The “VPR” alum shared, “He was the best roommate, and it was fun just being around somebody that wasn’t taking it all so seriously all the time.”
He continued, “Plus, he’s a legendary game player. He’s awesome, and it was cool to just be able to riff with him. He would tell me about how if somebody comes up to you to make an alliance or wants to have an alliance with you, you have to just say yes — no matter what — because otherwise they’ll turn on you. He gave me this really good advice, and I feel like we worked really well together on the show and just had a blast.”
New episodes of “House of Villains” premiere every Thursday.
