Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have reached a legal settlement over the sale of their shared California home.
Their longstanding dispute stemming from their very public breakup three years ago.
Page Six confirmed on Wednesday, January 14, the two reached an agreement.
The Two Have a Final Court Date
The outlet added that Madix filed a notice of settlement.
The agreement is said to be “conditional,” and would require “the satisfactory completion of specified terms” within 30 days of the date of the settlement.
However, the two have a final status conference on Feb. 5. If the agreement falls through it would result in a trial on Feb. 17.
Madix previously filed the lawsuit in January 2024 to try to force the sale of the home. Sandoval wanted to keep the home, and he claimed he offered to buy her out of the property.
The Two Split in 2023
For fans who have followed Madix and Sandoval’s story from the beginning, the news of a potential settlement may be as welcome as it is meaningful.
The two became fixtures in reality television culture through their roles on “Vanderpump Rules,” where their dynamic — both together and in the aftermath of their split — was a central focus for viewers.
The home became a big issue in the aftermath known as Scandoval, where the now 43-year-old cheated on Madix with their co-star Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
While appearing in an episode of Howie Mandel’s podcast in April 2023, Sandoval revealed that the two use a mediator to make sure they wouldn’t see each other while in the home.
“[Ariana’s] in the house. This is a big house. We have a go-between. We text when we’re coming and going,” he explained. “The house is not listed yet, no. [Ariana’s] really busy right now, she’s obviously blowing up. I’m really happy to see that. I’ve been busy as well trying to get things together.”
In the years since their breakup, both Madix and Sandoval have continued to build their individual careers.
Madix has focused on expanding her presence beyond reality television, launching projects in design, hosting and other creative endeavors.
Her evolving public persona reflects her determination to define herself on her own terms — crafting a narrative of personal strength, resilience and reinvention.
Sandoval, for his part, has continued his work in music and other creative pursuits.
Though his post-split journey included navigating public perception and professional adjustments.

I like Adriana, & felt Tom was a mess for many years.. his actions should of made it that the house be her’s they were together longer than some marriages.
I do think her and Katie must make the moves to get on the family train if they want children. If they need a push watch Married to medicine,just see the pain that Quad is going through after years of saying she would have a child on her timeline,, as a woman approaching late 30’s. it is not easy for ist babies..

Choosing teams is beyond childish & immature for VPR fans at this point. Please stop being stuck in your adolescence. My 20s was filled with watching VPR original OGs but I’m not gonna chose team Ariana or team Sandoval. Get over it! Great show! Butttttt finalllyyyyy they resolved the house issue phew! It was quite a lengthy procedure. Good for BOTH OF THEM. Fans pls get over it just as they both have. Ariana was definitely egotistical through out the show if you’ve you rewatching & rewatching. Ofc Sandoval was a pig. Nonetheless pls stop with the team who & who & grow up. Teaming is long over with 2025. Grow up.
