‘Summer House’ Star Lindsay Hubbard Spotted Filming Reported Spinoff

Amid swirling rumors about the future of Bravo’s “Summer House,” fan-favorite Lindsay Hubbard appears to be carving out her own lane — complete with cameras rolling.

Lindsay Hubbard Reportedly Filming New Bravo Spinoff

According to DeuxMoi, an eagle-eyed source spotted Lindsay Hubbard filming what appeared to be a new project in New York City. The sighting took place at trendy Manhattan hotspot COQODAQ, a restaurant best known for its viral chicken nuggets topped with caviar and star-studded clientele.

“She was filming her new show at COQODAQ yesterday,” the insider claimed, adding that Hubbard seemed to be the only recognizable face present. “It didn’t feel like ‘Summer House,’” the source added, hinting strongly that this was something entirely separate from the Hamptons-based hit.

When pressed if any other “Summer House” stars were there, the source said, “As an avid ‘Summer House’ watcher, I did not recognize a single other person in the group (6-8 people), so I would say no, but it’s possible.”

This aligns with earlier reports from Bravo and Cocktails, which first announced that Hubbard — who welcomed her first child in December 2024 — was developing a spinoff series. While no cast or plot details have been confirmed, the project appears to focus squarely on the newly minted mom.

Juggling Motherhood, Reality TV, and New Beginnings

Hubbard, 38, confirmed in June that she will still appear on “Summer House” season 10, though she admitted her role “may look a little different” now that she’s a whole “mom.” The star shares a daughter, Gemma, with her ex-boyfriend, Turner Kufe, with whom she split earlier this summer.

Given the timing, fans are speculating her new series could highlight her life as a single mom balancing business, friendships, and dating in New York City.

This isn’t the first time Hubbard teased big moves. In a June 11 interview with Us Weekly, she addressed Paige DeSorbo’s decision to leave “Summer House” after seven seasons, joking, “I think the fans are onto something. Wink, wink.”

While DeSorbo has ruled herself out of the rumored “summer in the city” spinoff, Hubbard’s solo filming suggests Bravo may be ready to give one of its longest-serving Housewives-to-Hamptons crossovers the spotlight she’s earned.

“Paige leaving, it’s going to be sad, I think for the show, and I think for Bravo,” Hubbard told the outlet. “I don’t think she’s gonna be gone forever. We’re gonna all get our lassos out and be like, ‘Get back here!’”
