Zach Bryan Buys Incredible $13 Million NYC Townhouse with 7 Levels (Including 2 Underground): SEE INSIDE

Zach Bryan may be a country music star, however, he’s just bought a new home in the big city. That’s right, the singer is putting down roots in New York City and was willing to spend quite a bit of money to do so.

“Bryan has purchased a 179-year-old West Village townhouse,” according to the New York Post’s Gimme Shelter. While the home was last on the market for $15.75 million, “[t]he Grammy-winning US Navy veteran shelled out $13 million for the historic home, sources said.”

The Townhouse Boasts Lots of Space Both Inside & Outside

“It’s a very well done, and very well-maintained home,” a source who took a tour of the residence told Gimme Shelter.

Spanning 6,543 square feet, the impressive abode “spans seven levels, including two below ground, and comes with four bedrooms, three baths and two powder rooms,” per the Post. That’s not to mention “an additional 1,766 square feet of outdoor space with a garden, three terraces, plus a roof deck with views of the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center.”

The stunning townhouse also features “an elevator, reclaimed antique oak floors, a Lutron lighting and shading system, floor-to-ceiling windows, a working gas fireplace, plus radiant heated floors in select areas,” the Post adds. Beyond that, the space is “anchored by a white chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar, and stairs in the background.”

“The home, which was first renovated by architect Andrew Franz, underwent an additional renovation by Jonathan Schloss Architects,” the Post notes. “It also includes a ground-floor commercial space that had served as the now-shuttered Michelin-starred eatery Piora, as well as the Leroy House, another restaurant that has since closed.”

Bryan Bought the New Home Following His Wedding

Bryan will likely be moving into the home with his new wife. Indeed, “[t]he townhouse purchase also comes shortly after Bryan’s New Year’s Eve marriage to Samantha Leonard, an NYU alumna, in San Sebastian, Spain,” Gimme Shelter notes.

Bryan took to Instagram on January 21 to share photos of his wedding celebrations and added a caption dedicated to his late mother, writing, “I reckon you’d of loved this and her. We all took an aeroplane to Spain last week and you’d of eaten it up. You’d of ordered everything twice and made sure we got your dress perfect. Everyone I love, you woulda too.”

After describing details of the special day, Bryan added, “We’re a long way from Oklahoma but things resemble home more now than ever. I think of all the moments you’ve missed often but Sam reminds me that you’re half of me of anyways. She is something special and precious. A thing you gotta’ keep once she touches your life. Makes me feel light. Makes me feel like my hearts beating easy and the days aren’t as hard as they once were.”

He finished his message by writing, “Wish you could have seen us smiling like kids when we met on that Spanish beach. She loves a man only a mother could. Maybe you’re in that Spanish moon. I’ll see you soon enough, til’ then I’ll tell her you love her.”
