SEE INSIDE: Model Adriana Lima Sells Her Los Angeles Home for $12.96 Million

Adriana Lima is on the move. The Brazilian model has sold her Los Angeles home after previously telling The Wall Street Journal (via Realtor.com) that she and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, were planning on relocating to New York.

Lima and Lemmers bought the home in 2022 when it had just been built and the same year the couple welcomed their first child together, per People. The pair paid $12.35 million at the time.

They then listed the home in August 2025 for $15.995 million before the price was lowered to $13.995 million.

They ended up selling the residence to an unknown buyer for $12.96 million, according to listing agent Paul Salazar with Compass.

The Property Includes a Main House & Guest House

The new owners of Lima’s former Los Angeles property will get to enjoy both the main house which offers five bedrooms, as well as a guesthouse that includes another bedroom.

The home boasts plenty of perks, such as sliding-glass doors that open to the pool area, a bedroom that opens to an outdoor living space and vintage Parisian street lamps in the kitchen, which cost the buyers a little extra. At the same time, $20,000 worth of potted plants were included in the sale price.

The residence also offers a pool, a home theater and wine storage. Outside, AI cameras and laser beams surround the property.

The new owners also appreciated the fact that the home is on the newer side and liked the fact that it sits on a wide (roughly 0.34-acre) lot, according to the buyer’s agent Steven Kirshbaum of The Agency.

The Home Is Located in the ‘Posh Neighborhood of Brentwood’

Lima’s now-former abode can be found “in the posh neighborhood of Brentwood,” according to Realtor.com. The area was previously the home of Gwyneth Paltrow, who sold her house there for $22 million last year.

Beyond that, Realtor.com notes that “[s]ince early 2025, the Brentwood market has seen a surge in activity driven by residents displaced by the Palisades fire.”

“With a history that involves some of Hollywood’s most interesting stories, Brentwood is now a beautiful and affluent neighborhood that rests along the slopes of the Santa Monica mountains,” according to Compass.

Beyond that, “Brentwood may feel quaint, but its single-family homes tend to be large and modern with manicured lawns,” while “[m]any sprawling mansions and luxury estates also occupy this sought-after neighborhood.”
