Hallmark star Kimberly Williams-Paisley is definitely a talented actress and she might be a skilled gardener as well. Or maybe not. Frankly, we’re not sure and either is she!
Just take a look at the actress’ social media post that shows her at home and showing off what she’s grown. But… what exactly it is?
Kimberly Isn’t Sure What She’s Grown… Do You Know?
Williams-Paisley shared an Instagram post on Wednesday, May 20, and included a video that showed her admiring and inspecting what she’s grown in her garden. At the same time, she made a bit of an admission in the text, writing, “Me trying to figure out if I successfully grew parsley or if I’m just romanticizing weeds.”
In the caption, she added, “This is rhetorical, please don’t tell me the truth in my comments 😂”
Williams-Paisley may not want to know, but we sure are curious!
Although (most of) the star’s followers respected her request and didn’t confirm or dash her hopes in the comments, they did leave plenty of messages reacting to the video.
One person wrote, “Omg I have that going on in my garden right now. Did I plant chives last year or is that just grass? 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️”
“I have a feel[ing] that Brad is going to be your guinea pig lol 😂😂😂,” another fan added, referring to the actress’ husband, country music star Brad Paisley.
A third follower who could relate to Williams-Paisley’s situation said, “I so feel this. I started a container garden and one of my most robust ‘lettuces’ turned out to be an invasive weed. Good thing I didn’t make a salad.”
Famous Figures Who Are Also Avid Gardeners
Williams-Paisley isn’t the only celebrity who enjoys gardening. In fact, there are quite a few stars who spend time under the sun with their hands in the soil.
When House Beautiful brought up “celebrities who are OBSESSED with their gardens,” the publication noted that there are certain “famous green thumbs” that “love showing off their homegrown produce.”
That list of celebs includes Pamela Anderson, who regularly gives her Instagram followers a look at her fertile property. She even shared her “rules of the garden” in a dreamy video (see above), and added a caption, saying, “Life is like a garden… tend to it kindly, forgive the weeds, and cherish what blooms… 🍅🥕🌼🧺🌱”
Anderson also told Architectural Digest, “The garden is such a metaphor: You can replant your garden every year, rotate your crops. I started learning a lot about it and thought, This is how I want my life to be.”
Jennifer Garner also happens to be an enthusiastic gardener, with House Beautiful noting that she “doesn’t just have a green thumb; she has the gardening gene! The actress is the daughter of a farmer, so it’s only natural that she’d go on to have an orchard and vegetable garden on her property.”
Zooey Deschanel is another famous face that can be found in their garden, and the same goes for David Beckham, Mindy Kaling and Aly Raisman, per House Beautiful. The Star also notes that beloved singer Barbra Streisand loves to spend time gardening, as does model Gisele Bündchen.
