Fan favorite Hallmark star Lacey Chabert has the second season of her series “Celebrations” set to debut on Monday, September 15. Ahead of the premiere, she shared some insight into her love for her Hallmark colleagues.
Lacey Chabert Adores Her Hallmark Colleagues
Chabert spoke with Just Jared about the upcoming season of her Hallmark hit show. One question she was asked was deemed a “great question” by the Hallmark star, and was one she had to think about a bit.
She was asked to name a Hallmark colleague she thought deserved a “Celebrations” style episode of their own. “I mean, honestly, the list goes on,” Chabert initially responded.
“It would be just about everyone I’ve worked with at Hallmark. There is such a family feeling. And some people ask me, ‘Is it really like that? Are you guys all really close? Is it really that feel-good?’ And the answer is yes. What you see is what you get,” Chabert shared.
She added that it’s quite fulfilling to be a part of something that is all about “bringing goodness back into the world.” Chabert admitted she didn’t think she could “just choose one person” from Hallmark.
Chabert gushed over Brennan Elliott, with whom she’s starred in 10 different Hallmark projects. “He is so wonderful and I’m always in his corner,” she noted.
Andrew Walker’s name popped up, as he just worked on “She’s Making a List” with Chabert. It’s their second project together, but she shared, “It also feels like we [have] also done 10 movies together because we know each other so well.”
Tyler Hynes’ name also was mentioned, and Chabert mentioned there were other Hallmark stars she hasn’t worked with yet that she hopes to some day. “There’s just a feeling of camaraderie. We support each other and there’s genuine friendships there,” Chabert pointed out.
Chabert Loves How Supportive & Safe the Network Is
Chabert also gave a shout out to her “Haul Out the Halloween” co-stars Melissa Peterman, Wes Brown, Ellen Travolta, and Stephen Tobolowsky. “They’re all just absolutely hilarious. And we love each other.”
She revealed that after filming, they all frequently hung out together. “We just love each other’s company,” and she figures, “it’s a good sign when they call cut and no one runs to their chair, to their trailer.”
Ultimately, Chabert shared, “We support each other and it’s nice…It feels like a safe place to fall.”
