SEE: 90s Rom-Com Beauty Rachael Leigh Cook Looks Better Than Ever at 46

Rachael Leigh Cook is giving fans a major dose of ’90s nostalgia—and proving her signature look hasn’t changed much at all.

The “She’s All That” star, now 46, was recently spotted in Los Angeles during a rare public outing, and longtime fans couldn’t help but notice how little time seems to have passed.

The Daily Mail obtained the images of her outing.

She Kept the Outing Casual

Dressed casually in a Mickey Mouse T-shirt and black biker shorts, Cook kept things low-key for a coffee run—but still managed to turn heads.

With her dark hair pulled back into a ponytail wearing sunglasses, the actress looked strikingly similar to the teen icon audiences first fell in love with decades ago.

Her effortless style and understated appearance only added to the double-take effect, with many noting she still carries the same on-screen charm that defined her early career.

Cook first rose to fame in the late ’90s and early 2000s with roles in projects like “The Baby-Sitters Club” and “Josie and the Pussycats,” cementing her status as a rom-com favorite.

While she’s maintained a steady career in film and television—including becoming a familiar face on the Hallmark Channel—her public appearances have remained relatively rare, making this latest sighting all the more notable.

Cook Is in a New Relationship

The outing also comes amid a new chapter in her personal life.

Cook recently made her relationship with Brandon Routh red carpet official.

The actor, known for playing Superman, joined her at the 2026 Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party in March, marking their first major public appearance as a couple.

The pair had been quietly linked for months before that.

They were first spotted together in July 2025, and earlier sightings date back even further. In February 2025, the two were seen at a restaurant in Des Moines, Iowa, sparking early buzz about a potential romance.

At the time, the restaurant shared a playful message on social media, referencing Routh’s superhero roots: “It’s a bird… it’s a plane… it’s Brandon Routh!”

The post continued, “Superman and Des Moines’ own Brandon Routh stopped by… Also visiting us today, the one and only Rachael Leigh Cook. From Hollywood to Hallmark, She’s All That in our book.”

The lighthearted moment offered an early glimpse into their connection, long before they stepped out together publicly.

Now, between her rare appearances and her newly confirmed relationship, Cook is back on fans’ radar in a big way.
