HGTV’s David Bromstad, 52, looks good, and he knows it!

The “My Lottery Dream Home” host was in the Easter spirit on Sunday, April 5, taking to Instagram to wish his fans a happy holiday with a handsome, shirtless photo.

The selfie was a close-up of Bromstad from the chest up. He donned a risqué lilac-colored undergarment with a chunky necklace to match. The HGTV star added a set of black bunny ears and whiskers to top off his look.

David Bromstad Fans Swoon Over Shirtless Selfie

“🐣🐰Happy Easter my yummy bunnies 🐣🐰,” he captioned the post.

Bromstad’s fans hopped in his comments to compliment him for his striking selfie. Many fans joked about wanting to play the lottery just to have a better chance at meeting him, while others made up silly puns to express their approval.

“Telling my kids this is Bad Bunny,” wrote one.

“David you never have a bad hare day!” exclaimed another.

“Now this is the Easter bunny I want to find! Keep being you @bromco,” added a third.

Bromstad’s shirtless photo ensured that his notable tattoos could be seen in full effect. In 2019, the HGTV star shared an Instagram post, focusing on his leg tattoos. He captioned the image with an encouraging message for his fans to not be afraid to embrace their authenticity.

“My tattoo addiction is shining bright with a rainbow of delicious colors. It symbolizes so much for me. The gay flag, my love for color, my first tv series, color splash, freedom and it’s just plain happy,” Bromstad wrote. “I encourage u all to embrace the core of who u are. I just happen to to be wacky colorful artistic weirdo and I love it. So much more to come! #tattoos #color #rainbow.”

David Bromstad Knew He Wanted Tattoos as Young Teenager

Before becoming a host on HGTV, Bromstad was trained to become a professional illustrator by the Ringling College of Art & Design and a painter for Walt Disney World, according to Hart & Huntington Tattoo Co. Orlando, a shop he’s been a longtime client of.

In an interview with Hart & Huntington, Bromstad explained how he knew at age 16 that he wanted to have tattoos, but his family was conservative and had their limitations for him.

“My parents said, ‘If you get a tattoo, no more funding for you.’ But as a teenager, that makes you want it more,” he shared. “So I got a dragonfly tattoo right after college. My sister and I started a design company called Dragonfly Designs, so it meant a lot to me.”

He also explained that from an even younger age, he developed his passion for animation. “As a kid, I was obsessed with animation,” he said. “I’d wake up on Saturday mornings, grab a bowl of cereal, watch cartoons, and just color for hours.”
