HGTV is switching things up this week; and it seems like there’s finally something new to break up all those “House Hunters” marathons.
Between a brand-new series premiere, returning episodes, and the usual mix of comfort viewing, this lineup feels a little more balanced than the past couple of weeks. Still plenty to binge… just with a few more “wait, this is new” moments.
Here’s what’s airing on HGTV’s schedule from March 6 through April 12.

The big headline this week is the premiere of “Tropic Like It’s Hot,” which officially joins the lineup with new episodes starting Monday night.
There are also fresh new episodes of “Bachelor Mansion Takeover,” “Renovation Aloha,” “Wild Vacation Rentals,” and “Property Brothers: Under Pressure.”
It also seems like “My Lottery Dream Home” is still in between seasons, with new episodes set to return on May 1.
And yes, “House Hunters” and its international versions are still very much holding down the schedule.
