HGTV star Genevieve Gorder has listed her stunning New York City duplex that was featured on her 2014 series, “Genevieve’s Renovation.”
The property, which is located in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, was originally two side-by-side units before Gorder combined them into a spacious four-bedroom residence.

The 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom property is on the market for $4,350,000.
“A rare and refined Chelsea duplex where timeless character meets designer luxury,” the listing reads. “Located on a beautiful tree-lined street within the historic Fitzroy Townhouses — an 1850s architectural gem overlooking Clement Clarke Moore Park — this extraordinary 4-bedroom, 3-bath penthouse-level duplex spans nearly 2,500 square feet. Masterfully reimagined by its celebrated designer owners, every detail has been curated to perfection in this home that blends classic craftsmanship with modern sophistication.”

The home features marble countertops throughout the kitchen, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wood-burning fireplace, tall custom built-ins, floor-to-ceiling cabinetry, and a floating staircase.
“Surrounded by lush landscaping, these tranquil outdoor spaces feature irrigation, water elements, and generous room for dining or entertaining beneath the sun and stars,” the listing adds.
Aside from its renovation being featured on “Genevieve’s Renovation,” the gorgeous home was often spotlighted on Gorder’s social media platforms.
Genevieve Gorder Doubled Her Living Space
After getting her start on “Trading Spaces” in the early 2000s, Gorder originally purchased her apartment in 2004. Following her divorce from first husband Canadian TV host Tyler Harcott, Gorder decided to buy the adjacent property and combine them for extra space for her family.
“This little New York apartment is home,” she said to open her 2014 renovation series. “Now that I’m a single mom, I want to create space that my daughter Bebelle and I enjoy for years to come.”
She continued, “I have a plan to turn my 1200-square-foot living space into a real home,” calling it her “most stressful project ever.”
“Let’s see, there were the uneven floors and the out-of-date wiring,” she later recalled to HGTV of the 18-month project. “Oh, and did I mention the HVAC system that had to be ripped out and replaced? When you’re gutting a 160-year-old space, you have to expect the unexpected. You either go for it or you don’t, and I went for it!”
After completing her renovation, Gorder married furniture designer Christian Dunbar in 2018.
She has gone on to star in various home renovation series such as “At Home With Genevieve,” “Battle on the Block” and “Best Room Wins.” She also hosted Netflix’s short-term rental series, “Stay Here,” alongside Peter Lorimer.
