HGTV Star Shows Off Incredible Abs as She Reflects on Motherhood

Heather Rae El Moussa is never too busy for the gym!

The HGTV star showed off her impressive abs in an Instagram post, where she reflected on how motherhood helped her achieve her jaw-dropping physique.

El Moussa first showed a photo of herself in full glam while attending a red carpet event. At the time, she was pregnant with her son, Tristan, in 2023. She then showed a photo of herself in gym attire with her 6-pack on full display.

The Flip Off” star set the post to the tune of “Run the World (Girls)” by Beyoncé. El Moussa included lyrics from the track as a text overlay on her photos, reading, “Strong enough to bear the children / Then get back to business.”

El Moussa wrote in her caption about how becoming a mother to her son positively impacted her life. “Motherhood changed me forever, in a good way 💖,” she said.

The former “Selling Sunset” star was met with many encouraging comments from fellow moms and fans. 

In one comment, a fan emphasized to El Moussa, “Every mom in every shape is beautiful! 🤍.” The HGTV star responded, “I agree!! It’s whatever makes you feel your best that matters.”

Many others celebrated El Moussa’s uplifting post by complimenting her dedication. Some also asked her to share her workout routine to help get them back in shape.

“You ROCK girl ❤️❤️❤️,” wrote one.

“Smashed it 👏👏👏,” said another.

“Hot mama! ♥️,” agreed a third.


What Heather Rae El Moussa Eats in a Day

One fan even asked El Moussa to share what she eats in a day to maintain her chiseled physique, prompting the star to later share an Instagram post about her daily food intake.

El Moussa, who abides by a vegan diet, shared a 9-photo carousel, full of healthy snacks and recipes for inquiring minds.

“What l eat in a day as a busy mom + business owner: vegan edition (+ low gluten & soy),” she explained before getting to the bulk of what she consumes with timestamps on what part of the day she typically refuels.

El Moussa’s go-to foods included rice cakes with banana and almond butter, a probiotic morning shot, a hearty salad with vegan chicken and avocado, and a tasty grain bowl with quinoa, kale and a vegan burger patty.

She also admitted to enjoying a “guilty pleasure.” Although she said she doesn’t often finish it, El Moussa shared that she does enjoy a Zevia zero sugar energy drink “from time to time.”
