HGTV may have canceled “Bargain Block,” but stars Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas are still celebrating a big career milestone. See what Bynum shared about their 10 years of being in business.
Keith Bynum Celebrates Milestone: ‘It’s Been a Pretty Incredible Journey’
On March 3, Bynum took to Instagram to share a message about the 10 year anniversary of his business with Thomas.
“10 years ago this month, Evan and I made our business together official!” he wrote in the caption.
Bynum continued, “Our first house in Colorado had us so excited about renovation that we bought another up the mountain. After that we knew we were hooked. It’s been a pretty incredible journey so far.”

Fans flooded the comments section with messages celebrating the anniversary, with many commenters noting how much they miss “Bargain Block.”
“Congratulations!!🎉 When do we get a new show to watch?!! 🤔” one fan asked.
“I sure wish you would come back to HGTV or somewhere that we can watch you cuz I miss your show,” another fan wrote.
One fan shared, “The best duo!! Love y’all and wish you both continued success and happiness. Cheers!🥂❤️🙏🎂🎊”

Bynum Shared His Relief That Their Show Was Canceled
HGTV canceled “Bargain Block” in June 2025, along with “Christina on the Coast,” “The Flipping El Moussas,” “Farmhouse Fixer,” “Izzy Does It,” and “Married to Real Estate.”
Following the show’s cancellation, Bynum took to Instagram to speak out about the sad news.
“The last six months have been a pretty wild journey. Our entire business and lives have been put through the ringer at the hands of a giant corporation, yet we persist lol,” he wrote at the time.
Bynum continued, “Though you may not be seeing us for much longer on HGTV, we’re excited that we’ve built such an amazing base of followers and we’re very excited about the future. Everyone always told us TV is a fickle world and they are very right.”
“TV is full of a lot of great people but it’s also full of some of the worst people I’ve ever encountered. Evan and I have always tried hard to stick to what we know and what we’re good at which is being ourselves,” he noted.
The former HGTV star added, “We love you all and we’re very excited to announce what’s next soon!”
In February 2026, Bynum expressed his thoughts on the bidding war over HGTV’s parent company, Warner Bros. Discovery. He shared a post about Netflix’s decision to drop out of the bidding war after Paramount increased its bid.
“Suddenly I’m very thrilled to no longer be part of the trash at Warner Brothers,” Bynum wrote. “What a nightmare.”
HGTV, is so stupid, cancel every snow thats good, loves the gay, always has,some people love the recent cancelled show, their more interesting and normal. What a shame you started out good but turned wonky while the Waco, Texas couple was on HGTV, they had to get their pwn network. Grow up
I would have kept this show, alomg with Married to Real Estate, and, Christine on the coat,…and, I’m sorry,…I think the Ugliest house in america, and, it’s spin off, would have been gone!
HGTV shows are all about wealth. Bargain Block was about making homes affordable. I’m so tired of seeing remodels that cost hundreds of thousands of $$$ or house hunting for a mansion. Bring on more DIY shows or at least affordable homes. I don’t watch HGTV anymore. I watch Main Cabin Masters
Canceling Bargain Block was a big mistake.
The show was great and Keith and Evan were fabulous.
I don’t watch HGTV anymore, not too much interesting material.

Loved the show never missed it. HGTV was stupid . I dont hardly watch it anymore.
The minute they cancelled the Farmhouse show I knew I would cancel. That farmhouse show really cared about America’s farm and history. The New Farmhouse show I watched for about ten minutes gagging because all the woman does is pose her body. They could care less about the history of the farmhouse.
When the original farmhouse series comes back on another cable I will subscribe to that.
Married to Real Estate and Christina on the Coast were also two other shows that I liked.
I cancelled my cable subscription to the new HGTV trash.
