Dee Valladares may be pulling off a major “Big Brother 28” turnaround.
Barrett remains Head of Household after nominating Angela Murray, Dee and Rick Devens, while Yash won the Power of Veto and chose not to use it. With eviction night approaching, the vote appears increasingly uncertain as Dee works to convince Yash and Taylor that keeping her benefits their games.
During RHAP’s Sept. 10 live feed update, Taran Armstrong and Chantele broke down the shifting vote and Dee’s increasingly effective campaign. Although the houseguests have questioned Dee’s trustworthiness throughout the season, her pitch has gained traction with two players who could help determine which Icon leaves.
Dee Valladares Gains Ground With Yash and Taylor
Dee has spent the final days before eviction making a strategic case for why she should stay.
According to Armstrong and Chantele, her pitch has resonated with Yash and Taylor even as both continue weighing the risks of keeping a strong player in the game.
Chantele highlighted Dee’s ability to build trust despite entering the week with questions surrounding her loyalty. Her campaign has given Yash and Taylor reasons to reconsider what initially appeared to be a clearer path forward.
The decision remains complicated. Keeping Dee could leave another strong competitor in the house, but evicting her could remove someone who has presented herself as a potential ally.
With each new conversation creating another round of debate, the vote remains fluid heading into eviction night.
Rick Devens Takes a Different Approach
Devens is also attempting to secure his place in the game, but his strategy differs from Dee’s.
According to the recap, Devens explored a potential Final Four arrangement as part of his campaign. Dee, however, has been hesitant to tie her game too closely to his and appears more interested in building her own relationships.
Drew has also positioned himself between the competing sides.
He has offered Dee and Devens opportunities to use him as part of their campaigns while privately preferring that Dee remain in the house. Armstrong and Chantele discussed how Drew continues to be underestimated despite his involvement in several important relationships.

While the nominees fight for votes, Barrett has become increasingly removed from the social maneuvering happening downstairs.
Barrett acknowledged feeling exhausted by the social demands of “Big Brother” and has spent significant time talking to the cameras rather than strengthening relationships with other players.
Armstrong noted that Barrett’s limited follow-through after making a bold move against the Icons could hurt his position if the house flips away from his preferred outcome.
Barrett began his HOH by putting three powerful returning players in danger, but the final result may now depend on conversations happening largely outside his control.
For Dee, that uncertainty has created an opportunity.
Her game appeared to be in serious danger earlier in the week. Now, with Yash and Taylor still considering their options, Dee has turned eviction night into a genuine battle for votes and given herself a possible path to another week on “Big Brother 28.”
