PHOTOS: Inside Kendall Jenner’s Beautiful $23 Million Montecito Home

Kendall Jenner is giving fans a rare look inside her $23 million Montecito ranch, offering a glimpse of how she’s decorating the sprawling property for the holidays. The model shared a series of photos on Instagram, captioned “blue hour,” that showcased both the exterior and interior of the California home, highlighting a cozy, understated approach to seasonal decor.

The images featured the Spanish-style residence at dusk, with a softly lit porch and natural surroundings setting the tone. Inside, Jenner opted for a minimalist holiday aesthetic, including a simple Christmas tree decorated with white lights, a wreath hung on one of the doors and presents wrapped in brown paper tied with red ribbon. According to Page Six, the decor reflected Jenner’s preference for warmth and simplicity rather than over-the-top embellishment.

Throughout the home, Jenner also shared personal touches, from floral arrangements and mugs to potted plants placed throughout the space. The overall feel leaned rustic and relaxed, aligning with the model’s previously described “grandma-chic” design style, which favors layered textures and a lived-in look.

A Ranch Designed for Quiet Living

Jenner’s holiday post also included outdoor moments on the property, with photos showing her spending time with her horses and soaking up the open landscape. Over the weekend, she shared additional footage on TikTok in a “day with a horsegirl” video, offering more insight into life on the ranch, including the stables and surrounding land.

The Montecito estate, which Jenner purchased in February, spans six acres and includes multiple smaller homes in addition to horse facilities. Khloé Kardashian reacted to the Instagram post by calling the property “majestic,” underscoring the scale and serenity of the space.

Beyond Montecito, Jenner has also spoken openly about her love of home design. Earlier this month, she gave Architectural Digest a tour of her more private Wyoming getaway, explaining that designing homes has become increasingly meaningful to her. She shared that working on these spaces allows her to imagine future moments with friends and family, including rooms for her future children.

Kendall’s Minimal Decor Next to Kim’s Holiday Extravaganza

Jenner’s understated decor quickly sparked comparisons to her sister Kim Kardashian’s much more extravagant holiday setup. According to the Daily Mail, Kardashian recently revealed she spent roughly $10,000 on Christmas trees alone inside her $60 million Hidden Hills mansion.

Kardashian shared videos of at least 50 snow-dusted trees placed throughout her home, complete with white lights and faux snow scattered across the floors. Filming the display as classical music played, she softly said, “This is what I come home to,” later adding, “I can’t even begin to explain to you what this smells like and feels like. It’s pretty insane.”

While Kardashian’s winter wonderland continues the family’s tradition of lavish holiday decor, Jenner’s Montecito home tells a different story. Her approach favors calm, nature and personal comfort, bringing the focus back to the space itself and how it’s meant to be lived in. As Jenner previously joked in a Vogue interview, the process has even made her want to “stop everything and just design homes.”
