Girl group, Fifth Harmony, just broke the internet… again. Earlier today (August 31, 2025), the group’s official X (formerly Twitter) account reactivated for the first time since July 2018, kicking off a follow spree under the hashtag #FifthHarmonyFollowSpree.
Fans immediately freaked out, wondering if the account had been hacked; or if this was a long-awaited hint of a reunion. At the time of this writing, the post has racked up over 15,000 comments and 2.3 million views.
Back on Social Media After Seven Years
Fifth Harmony, formed in 2012 on “The X Factor USA,” a singing competition show created by British producer Simon Cowell and his company Syco Entertainment. Their group originally included Camila Cabello, Normani, Ally Brooke, Dinah Jane, and Lauren Jauregui.
