R&B artist Jeremih, 38, was forced to pull out of B2K and Bow Wow’s “The Millennium Tour Presents: The Boys 4 Life Tour” after an ongoing medical crisis left him unable to perform.
In an Instagram statement shared by his team, it was revealed that Jeremih is currently battling a “serious medical condition” and is under strict care from a doctor.
Jeremih’s Team Releases Statement About His Declined Health
“Due to a serious medical condition, Jeremih will be unable to participate in the upcoming B2K tour scheduled to begin in March,” the statement shared. “He has been dealing with a health issue, and his condition continues to be closely monitored by his doctor.”
“Jeremih and his team are focused on his care and recovery and are deeply grateful for the understanding, patience, and continued support from fans, partners, and the touring team during this time,” the statement added.
The “Planez” artist was set to perform in 28 concerts across the United States, enlivening the R&B sound of the early 2000s.
Fans Concerned for Jeremih
Fans have since rallied in support of Jeremih after his team announced his declined state of health. Among prayers and well wishes for the singer-songwriter, fans shared the hope that his health will quickly improve.

“Get well my brother. 🙏🏾 Take your time,” added another.
“Prayers to you cuddo. 🥲❤️,” said a third.
‘Buys 4 Life’ 2026 Tour
One of the last times Jeremih was on tour was with 50 Cent during his 2023 “The Final Lap Tour.” Now, though, he was slated to take the stage with even more notable millennial artists, including Waka Flocka Flame, Pretty Ricky, Crime Mob, Amerie, Franchize Boyz and Yung Joc, according to the official lineup announcement shared by the Prudential Center.
While the tour is heavily focused on the reunited return of B2K members J-Boog, Omarion, Lil Fizz and Raz-B after more than two decades since their breakup, Jeremih’s fans were eagerly preparing to see him perform, commenting on an Instagram post about his presence in the tour.
“I can’t wait I’m not missing this one,” wrote one.
“Outside here I I come! 🥳🥺👏🏾,” said another.
“Wait because if yall performing FACEOFF songs i NEEED tickets,” added a third.
In a statement reported on in the Prudential Center’s tour press release, B2K’s Omarion briefly explained why Jeremih and fellow R&B artists were selected for the “Boys 4 Life” tour, saying, “There was a certain level of authenticity that we all had. So in a way, we’re completing it.”
