Post Malone has postponed his two London concerts, initially scheduled for this weekend, due to the planned London Underground strikes. The “I Had Some Help” singer was scheduled to perform at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 7 and 8, but the shows have been rescheduled for September 20 and 21.

Official Statement After Postponing Shows
Promoter Live Nation confirmed the decision in a statement, citing safety concerns. “We’re sorry to announce that, due to planned strikes on the London Underground, we’ve been forced to reschedule the two Post Malone concerts at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium,” the company said.
“Without a Tube service, it’s impossible to get people to the concert and home again safely, and therefore no event licence can be granted for the nights of 7th and 8th September.”
Refunds will be processed within 14–21 days, and returned tickets will go on sale via Ticketmaster beginning Sept. 9 at 10 a.m. BST.
Fans Left Disappointed but Tour Continues
The postponement is disappointing for fans who had been eagerly waiting to see Post and Jelly Roll as part of their Big Ass Stadium Tour, one of the year’s most buzzed-about concert runs. Earlier this week, Post surprised fans in Paris with a duet performance of his 2024 collaboration “California Sober” alongside Chris Stapleton.
Despite the London setback, the tour continues to draw attention for its scale and memorable performances.
How Tubes Strikes Impact Multiple Artists
According to the BBC, the London Underground strikes, organized by members of the RMT union over pay and working conditions, will shut down service from Sunday evening to Friday morning.
The disruption has affected more than just Post’s shows.
Coldplay also postponed the final two dates of their record-breaking 10-show Wembley Stadium run, announcing new dates on Aug. 30.
Post, 30, has not yet commented directly on the postponements, though promoters emphasized the transport shutdown made hosting the concerts “impossible.”
The timing also came as Post was recently announced as a performer at the 2025 MTV VMAs in New York on Sept. 7, which would have clashed with his London shows.
