Tommy guns, zoot suits, and a slick looking trailer with some Jay-Z thrown in for good measure. Ruben Fleischer’s (Zombieland) Gangster Squad tells the true story of the L.A.P.D.’s attempt to keep East Coast organized crime out of the city of angels. The movie boasts an all-star cast of Sean Penn, Ryan Gosling, Nick Nolte, Emma Stone and Josh Brolin, with a release slated for October 2012.
