Ridley Scott’s latest foray into filmmaking, The Counsellor , is an upcoming thriller written by Cormac Mcarthy of No Country for Old Men fame. The film stars Michael Fassbender as lawyer who gets involved in drug trafficking and ends up to deep in the drug game. Brad Pitt, Penélope Cruz, Cameron Diaz and Javier Bardem will also have supporting roles. The teaser trailer doesn’t reveal much, except that the film will be action-packed, and there’s violence and sex abound. The film will be released on October 25th, with a UK release on November 15.
