Denise Richards returned to the home she shared with her estranged husband Aaron Phypers over the weekend with moving trucks, Page Six reports.
And with that, she is said to have taken her 15 dogs out of the home, which was not in the best state. The outlet reports that the movers “wore face masks while working due to dust and a strong smell.”
Richards was granted permission by a judge on Sept. 13 to “retrieve her mother’s and her own personal property, including the dogs,” PEOPLE reported. With that, Phypers was ordered to stay 100 yards away from the home due to the temporary restraining order. He will be able to get his property from the home on Sept. 15.
Richards and Phypers separated on July 4, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce.

Amid her ongoing divorce, Richards is showing support to someone from her past. On Sept. 5, Denise Richards shared photos from the premiere of her ex-husband Charlie Sheen’s Netflix premiere for his documentary, “Aka Charlie Sheen.” She also penned a heartfelt note to Sheen.
“We both looked at each other on the red carpet and just laughed. Charlie asked, ‘Is it 2002?’ and I said, ‘It sure feels like it.’ Who would have thought?,” Richards wrote. “What a journey we’ve had- so many ups and downs. But when life gets tough, deep down we both know we can count on each other. I’m so proud of him, and truly honored he asked me to be part of his story. Congrats, Charles ❤️.”
Richards and Sheen met on set while filming “Good Advice” in 2000, but the two officially began dating in 2001. Less than three months after their first date, Sheen proposed to Richards, and she said yes. The two got married in June 2002, going on to welcome their first child, Sami Sheen, in March 2004. Richards filed for divorce in March 2005 while she was pregnant with the couple’s second child, giving birth to Lola Sheen in June.
They certainly went through some ups and downs, but it’s clear that Richards is very supportive of Sheen. And that led to their reunion on the Red Carpet earlier this month for the first time since their 2006 divorce.
