“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Jennifer Pedranti‘s incredible transformation was recently featured in a few reels posted by Dr. Jen Armstrong on her Instagram. Find out more about Jennifer’s cosmetic journey below.
Jennifer is Officially Starting Over
The first reel that Dr. Armstrong posted explained what brought Jennifer back to her chair. She detailed in the caption of her post, “we’re undoing years of overdone treatments and bringing her natural beauty back. Careful Botox, corrective techniques, and a fresh approach designed just for her.”
“Jen was my patient before she went on Housewives,” began Dr. Armstrong in the video. “I saw her right before she started Housewives, so the face that she had before she started Housewives, that was done here by me.”
“Jen is so feminine and so gorgeous,” said Dr. Armstrong. But when Jennifer came back to her office after years of botched surgery, she was left with “scarring” and a nose job that “went too high” and took out the “beautiful slope” of her nose.
“She asked me to do her face,” Dr. Armstrong stated, which “of course” she was happy to do. She then went on to detail exactly what she had to go in and do in order to correct the treatments that had already been done. Dr. Armstrong focused on bringing back Jennifer’s “natural look” and “the soft features of her face.”
At the end of the reel, Dr. Armstrong showed off Jennifer’s emotional reaction to seeing her new face for the first time. “Wow, Jen,” Jennifer exclaimed. “That’s incredible.”
But Dr. Armstrong was just getting started.
Lip Filler Correction
In the next reel, Dr. Armstrong explained in her caption that she would be helping correct Jennifer’s “lip filler from another office” and they also “focused on restoring natural balance.”
“Often, filler placement can create ridges or uneven volume if injected incorrectly. The key is proportions! the lip’s “meat” should align with the nose, and the sides should have less volume than the center. It’s all about harmony, balance, and the golden ratio to create lips that look natural and elegant,” Dr. Armstrong wrote.
In the reel, Jennifer discussed the issues she had with her current lip filler. “I have, like, hot dog lips,” she said. “Everybody will ask me about this brown line.” Jennifer traced her finger over her upper lip.
“Whoever did your lips, they put it in the muscle of the lip. It’s the wrong plane,” Dr. Armstrong said. So, when Jennifer was talking or eating, that movement was “pushing the filler up” which caused people to see a shadow, hence the comments about a perceived brown line above her lip.
“So, what do I do?” asked Jennifer.
“I can get rid of it for you,” Dr. Armstrong assured the housewife. “We’re gonna have to rebuild the lip.”
The Big Reveal & Fan Reactions
In the final reel posted by Dr. Armstrong, the cover of the video featured a side-by-side comparison of “2024 vs. 2025 Reunion” Jennifer, crediting herself with the 2025 face.
“It was such a joy treating [Jennifer],” Dr. Armstrong wrote in her caption. “My goal is always to make every patient feel comfortable, cared for, and empowered. I’m so grateful for her trust and I am so happy I could make her feel good. Can we talk about how incredible she looked at the Housewives reunion?”
“When I go back to pictures where I felt my best, I’m like, ‘what was I doing different?'” said Jennifer at the start of the video. “And it was Jen.”
Jennifer explained that all Dr. Armstrong has to do is look at her and she knows “where to make those changes to make me feel and look like myself, but my best.”
“I’m just grateful,” concluded Jennifer. “I’m grateful for the human that she is, and I’m grateful for how amazing of a doctor she is.”
Fans flooded the comments in support of Jennifer and her new look.
