Kyle Richards bought a new house, but she didn’t reveal where it’s located or if she plans to move there. In a November 2025 interview with The Daily Dish, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star dished on her growing real estate portfolio.
“I just bought another home,” the mom of four revealed. “You know, people do stocks. They do other investments. Like, real estate is what I love. I’m very passionate about it. It’s the first thing I do when I wake up in the morning. People think I am looking through my emails. No, I am looking at real estate all the time. I know every market of every state you could imagine.”
Kyle Richards Owns Several Homes But Isn’t Planning to Sell
Kyle owns several properties with her estranged husband Mauricio Umanksy, whom she split from in 2023. In addition to their main family home in Encino, CA, the exes share homes in Palm Springs, CA, and Aspen, CO.
It was just a few months ago that Richards talked about moving away from everyone and everything. “I’ve been telling my friends lately, that’s it, I’m moving to a farm. I am going off the grid,” she told DailyMail.com in May. “It’s so toxic, it’s so negative. I can’t stand it. I’m going to live off the land. I don’t want to go on any social media.”
But she told The Daily Dish there are no plans to sell any of the properties at this time, despite the fact that Umansky owns a real estate brokerage firm. “You know, Mau and I have talked, and we don’t want to sell any of our homes,” the RHOBH star confirmed.
Kyle Richards Has Reasons for Staying In Encino
No matter where she lives, Richards will need a lot of outdoor space for her many pets. She previously told fans on an Amazon Live that she stayed in the family home after her separation from Umansky for practical reasons. “I’m still in my house, I have too many dogs to go anywhere else. I’m still here,” she said in 2024.
In an interview with Bravo TV.com, Richards also noted that she may never want to sell the $8 million Encino home that she bought with her ex, after spending years making it “exactly” the way she wanted it. “Even if I move one day to, like Aspen, Colorado, I’ll keep it for my kids or something,” the RHOBH star once revealed.
