Porsha Williams has officially scored a major legal victory in her divorce from Simon Guobadia.
More than a year after filing to end their marriage, “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” star has finalized her divorce settlement, with court documents revealing she walked away with several high-value assets after reaching an agreement with her ex-husband.
The settlement marks the end of one of the most closely watched divorces in the Bravo world and closes the chapter on a marriage that unraveled less than two years after the couple tied the knot.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Williams and Guobadia reached a settlement that resolves the remaining issues in their divorce.
As part of the agreement, Guobadia agreed to give up any ownership interest in Williams’ Atlanta home, allowing the RHOA star to retain the property. The settlement also reportedly includes a $1,568,181.63 payment related to the home’s equity.
Williams also received ownership of a Rolls-Royce Ghost that had been at the center of the couple’s shared assets.
The settlement brings to a close a divorce battle that began when Williams filed to end the marriage in early 2024. Their divorce was finalized in June 2025, though several financial matters remained unresolved until now.
Neither Williams nor Guobadia has publicly commented on the latest settlement.

Although the legal proceedings stretched on for months, Williams has previously acknowledged that the emotional side of the divorce proved even more challenging.
Speaking with People last year, she reflected on the lessons she learned while navigating the end of her marriage.
“You go through different stages. You have that anger. You have the moment where you have to fight for your life in a court situation. And then, toward the end, you have the clarity where you realize you are still blessed. Your family is by your side, your child is protected; there’s a whole new life that you can start,” she said.
Williams also described herself as “a true hopeless romantic,” adding that she still believes in finding lasting love despite the difficult experience.
“Once I decide to be with you, I dedicate everything to you,” she said. “And Simon matched my energy. He’s very warm. He loved spending time with me. We were freakin’ extra. If we wanted to fly out of the country every weekend or post on Instagram together about how much we loved each other, he was down.”
The latest settlement officially closes the final legal chapter in the former couple’s divorce and allows both Williams and Guobadia to move forward after one of Bravo’s most public breakups.
