“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Kyle Richards has been gushing about Alexia Umansky’s wedding for quite some time now. The beautiful ceremony finally happened on September 6th. Some of Richards’ co-stars were in attendance, and a new photo from the event has been released, featuring Teddi Mellencamp.
Richards took to Instagram to share more pictures from her daughter’s wedding. She captioned the post, “It wouldn’t be a celebration without @hollywood_photobooth.” Among the pictures are shots of wedding guests, which, of course, included Kathy Hilton.
However, photo number three of five features Mellencamp. In it, she’s wearing a beautiful, sleeveless dress, her hair is styled in a fashion-forward manner, and she’s also donning subtle jewelry.
Richards’ Daughter Tied the Knot with 250 People In Attendance
According to PEOPLE, Umansky married her longtime boyfriend, Jake Zingerman, on September 6. The wedding took place in Los Angeles and was described as a “romantic midnight garden” themed event. Others in attendance also called it a “family-oriented” occasion and stated that it was similar to “something out of a fantasy book.”
Umansky played a significant role in planning the wedding, but reports indicate that Richards also contributed to the process. Notably, she wanted her wedding to “feel homey and as intimate as possible.”
The bride told PEOPLE, “In the beginning, [my mom] thought that I would be open to doing this all on my own because I can be particular. But one day I looked at her and I was like, ‘No, no, no. We need to be doing this together.'”
She went on, “It’s almost like there’s a little too much pressure when it comes to your wedding day. I can’t be making decisions on my own. I need my mom to hold my hand a little bit.”
Umansky also discussed the use of flowers for her wedding, saying, “I know it’s very cool to do some unique flowers and whatnot for a bouquet, but my mom held roses on her wedding day, and I wanted to kind of do an ode to that on my wedding day.”
Some of Richards’ Bravo Friends and Co-Stars Were at the Wedding
In addition to the families of both the bride and groom, some of Richards’ Bravo friends and co-stars were at the wedding. This includes Lisa Rinna, Erika Jayne, and, as mentioned, Mellencamp. Richards later confirmed that Sutton Stracke, Dorit Kemsley, and PK Kemsley were all at the wedding despite not being photographed.
Richards has also stated that, although the Bravo cameras were not present at the wedding, they are providing production footage from the event to be featured in some capacity.
