Yolanda Hadid’s $4 Million Real Estate Move Leaves Neighbors Stunned

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum Yolanda Hadid is trading in her equestrian estate and lavender farm for another multimillion dollar property nearby. But locals are shocked with what she’s decided to do with the newly renovated home.

Yolanda Says Goodbye to the Family Farm

The former model fell in love with the Bucks County property back in 2017, according to the Wall Street Journal. She was originally living in Los Angeles, but wanted a home closer to her children in New York City.

“Somebody had invited me to a retreat here in Pennsylvania,” said Yolanda. “The next morning I woke up, I was like, ‘oh my God, I think this is maybe where I need to find a place.’”

The Bravo star paid about $4 million for the 32-acre lavender farm dating back to the 1600s. She spent years renovating it into a family compound. “I probably touched every inch of the farm,” Yolanda stated.

WSJ reported that the farm became a refuge for her children—models Gigi Hadid and Bella Hadid and musician Anwar Hadid. They stayed there during the pandemic and spent their time cooking together and playing cards.

At one point during lockdown, Yolanda ordered about 3,000 lavender plants to the property that she planted with her children. “It was so much work, but we had so much fun,” she said. “It was like coming together as a family and serving the land.”

Bella modeled clothes at the farm with Gigi as her photographer. Anwar used the barn as a recording studio for his band HowVanish. Yolanda also used the lavender to make oils with Bella, who was then inspired to create a fragrance line called Orebella.

What Yolanda created was, “a slice of Heaven, a sanctuary and our safe haven,” according to PEOPLE

But now with her children living in different parts of the country, Yolanda decided to downsize and put the estate on the market for $10.888 million.

Newly Renovated Property Demolished

Yolanda has bought up a $4 million manse closer to her daughter Gigi and her granddaughter Khai, according to an exclusive with Page Six. Though the home recently went through a beautiful renovation, Yolanda has since torn it all down.

“Even though a ton of work and money went into this turnkey designer home, she wasted no time and completely gutted the place,” one of her neighbors reported. “She has had every contractor and subcontractor in there ripping out floors, lighting, fixtures.”

“People are driving by and picking up all the unused designer cast-offs in her trash,” another source told the column. “It’s a small town. People are talking.”

Page Six found the original property listing that detailed the recent renovations. The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom spot claims it “has been transformed into a sanctuary of refinement and serenity.”

“Every inch of this estate reflects a dedication to timeless design and elevated materials, blending old-world elegance with modern luxury,” says the listing. “Rich ash flooring flows seamlessly throughout, while expansive windows and doors, installed in 2023, bathe the interiors in luminous natural light, amplifying the home’s serene ambiance.”

The home also featured Carrara mosaic tile, custom white oak cabinetry and curated lighting fixtures, some of which have made their way into the garbage.
