On Thursdayโ€™s episode of “General Hospital,” secrets continued unraveling across Port Charles. Read on to discover everything that went down during the Thursday, May 28th episode of “General Hospital.”

Brook Lynn And Chase Dream About Their Future With Phoebe

The episode opens at the Quartermaine estate, where Brook Lynn and Chase ooh and aah over baby Phoebe. The couple discusses how they are hopeful that they will be able to officially adopt Phoebe and raise her in the big extended Quartermaine family.

Brook Lynn later tells Tracy that Alexis is tracking down a lead on Delilah and that the lawyer believes she and Chase are ideal candidates to adopt Phoebe. Meanwhile, while moving Brook Lynnโ€™s car, Chase notices a rattling sound and tells her they should probably take the vehicle into the shop. Before heading out to work, Chase grabs Ameliaโ€™s stuffed bunny to return to Willow.

Things take a serious turn when Portia arrives at the Quartermaine estate and informs Brook Lynn and Tracy that Curtisโ€™ fight with Dr. Isaiah Gannon left Isaiah with multiple broken bones in his hand, meaning he can no longer perform a critical liver transplant surgery for Derek, a 10-year-old patient. Portia asks the Quartermaine family for help getting Derek to a hospital in Chicago for another surgeon to perform the operation.

Feeling guilty, Brook Lynn immediately volunteers to pay for the transportation costs. After Portia leaves, Tracy tries to reassure Brook Lynn that Derekโ€™s situation and the altercation between Curtis and Isaiah are not her fault.

Trina Struggles With The Fallout From Curtis’ Actions

Trina goes to Bobbieโ€™s to tell Gio that she canโ€™t make it to rehearsals today because she simply isnโ€™t emotionally up to it. Trina catches Gio up on the situation involving Dr. Gannon and explains that she spent the entire night unable to sleep, devastated that a young boy and his family are suffering because of her fatherโ€™s short temper.

Gio encourages Trina not to give up on the showcase, reminding her that music can be a healthy emotional outlet during difficult times. After talking things through with Gio, Trina ultimately decides to go forward with the showcase after all.

Molly And Cody Get Caught in a Compromising Position

Molly and Cody are at Alexisโ€™ place. After Molly gets off the phone with her publisher, Cody and Molly decide to recreate a romantic scene from Mollyโ€™s book. A shocked Suzanne unexpectedly interrupts them while dropping off files for Alexis.

After the initial awkwardness subsides, Suzanne quickly realizes that Cody served as the inspiration for “Casey” in Mollyโ€™s story. Once they are alone again, Cody admits he actually doesnโ€™t mind if Mollyโ€™s readers know the character is based on him.

Curtis Admits He Doesnโ€™t Regret Hurting Dr. Gannon

Elsewhere, Curtis confides in Michael after his physical altercation with Dr. Gannon. Despite the fact that Isaiah may never be able to perform surgery again, Curtis insists that he does not regret putting his hands on him because he still firmly believes Dr. Gannon was responsible for running him and Jordan off the road.

Curtis also tells Michael that the paint found on the guardrail matched a black BMW like the one Isaiah drives. The two also discuss how this could be a PR disaster for Aurora Media if Curtisโ€™ charges hold up for felony assault and battery against Dr. Gannon.

Willow Admits She Feels Trapped With Drew

Over at Willowโ€™s, the congresswoman talks to a locked-in Drew. She bluntly tells him that she is a much better politician than he ever was. Willow insists she plans to continue representing the people of Port Charles in Congress and reveals she has been working on a way to free both herself and Drew from Sidwellโ€™s control.

However, Willow also admits she cannot stop drugging Drew because she fears he would immediately try controlling her again.

Things become even more tense when Sidwell arrives and reminds Willow that she still needs to follow the plan. Willow worries that Drew and Jack both becoming incapacitated could eventually raise suspicions, but Sidwell quickly dismisses her concerns. He later takes a phone call where he angrily demands updates on Brittโ€™s whereabouts.

After Willow returns, Sidwell tells her that if she truly wants to stop drugging Drew, there may only be one permanent solution left: killing him. Horrified, Willow immediately refuses. Sidwell eventually leaves, instructing Willow to continue helping fund the WSB through her congressional power.

Once she is finally alone, Willow breaks down emotionally before Chase arrives to return Ameliaโ€™s stuffed bunny. Chase immediately notices Willow is visibly upset and encourages her to open up to him. Overwhelmed, Willow finally admits that she feels trapped and no longer wants to be married to Drew.

Portia Confronts Curtis As Michael Makes A Shocking Realization

Portia later storms into Curtisโ€™ office, furious over Isaiahโ€™s condition. She tells Curtis that Isaiah now needs multiple surgeries himself and may never operate again. Curtis continues insisting that Isaiah is guilty of causing the crash, but Portia angrily challenges him to consider what happens if Dr. Gannon is eventually proven innocent.

Meanwhile, Michael overhears Tracy angrily arguing with a BMW dealership about a rattling noise coming from Brook Lynnโ€™s car that had reportedly been happening for weeks. The comment immediately catches Michaelโ€™s attention, leading him to realize that Brook Lynn may have been on Route 91 the night Curtis and Jordan were run off the road.

By the end of Thursdayโ€™s episode, tensions across Port Charles were only continuing to escalate. Fans will now have to wait and see whether Michael confronts his cousin or if Brook Lynnโ€™s secret continues unraveling in the days ahead.
