“The Young and the Restless” spoilers for Tuesday, January 20, reveal that Victor Newman prepares for battle against Matt Clark.
Meanwhile, Chelsea Lawson proves herself to Nikki Newman. Plus, Victoria Newman holds Billy Abbott accountable for his actions.
‘The Young & the Restless’ Spoilers: Victoria Blasts Billy
On Tuesday, Victoria runs into Billy at Crimson Lights and talks about Newman Enterprises. “I am sorry for what you are going through,” Billy says before asking how bad the situation is.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Victoria knows she can’t let her guard down with Billy. She changes the subject and asks about Abbott Communications.
Billy says Sally Spectra is doing a phenomenal job, and Victoria realizes something. “You don’t want Chancellor back, do you?” she asks him.
She then asks if he’s going to publish an article about Newman using her as the unnamed source. Billy reminds her that Victor did not hesitate in publishing derogatory articles about Jabot and him.
Chelsea Proves Herself
Meanwhile, Nikki complains to Chelsea about possibly losing Chancellor. “Should the worst happen, we can rebuild,” Chelsea tells Nikki.
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Nikki is pleased with Chelsea and they talk about her relationship with Adam.
“I’m just happy we’re living in the space we’re in right now,” Chelsea replies. “Literally and figuratively.”
Matt Faces the Newmans
CBSAt the cottage, Nick agrees to hand Matt Clark over to Victor. “The Young and the Restless” spoilers say that before he does, he wants five minutes alone with him.
Nick tells Matt it’s time for him to have his day in court. Matt asks who the judge is, and Victor chimes in, “Me.”
Later, Matt comes face-to-face with the Newmans and Sienna Bacall, who each have final words for him.
Noah tells Matt he doesn’t deserve Sienna, who also says her piece. “When we first met, you swept me off my feet,” she tells her husband. “But now I don’t even recognize you.”
Sharon goes next and says, “You tried to break me, but you failed. We have beaten you again, and now you have nothing and no one.”
Nick takes his turn, calling Matt a bully. “You have terrorized people I love for years,” he adds. “If I were you I’d take some long deep breaths, because if it’s up to me, they’re the last you’ll ever take.”
“The Young and the Restless” spoilers say Matt thinks their speeches were long and self-involved. “Do you plan to kill me?” he asks.
Nick lunges for him, but Victor tells his men to get him out of there. As they leave, Sharon tells Nick she hopes they’ll never hear Matt’s name ever again.

GettyThen, Sharon tells Nick he should go back to the hospital, but he refuses. He turns to Sienna and says he didn’t appreciate her going to Victor.
Sienna defends her action, saying she was just trying to protect him. “I don’t need your protection,” Nick lashes out at her. “This is not your family.”
Later, Nick writhes in pain outside. He runs out of medication, but when he reaches inside his pocket, he finds a pack of fentanyl. He stares at it, seemingly contemplating taking one.
Meanwhile, Victor practices boxing and flashes back to when Nick was hitting the bags with him. Then, he opens the closet, and Matt is sitting inside. Will The Mustache finally finish him off?
